Quick and easy development with Creatio platform
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitiveness, user interface, no-code development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but i would like to have MSO365 integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is used across our organization to manage customer and partner interactions - it's our primary source of truth that makes us data-driven. We created custom workflows to enhance out-of-the-box functionality and fully tailor the system to the company processes. With no-code tools, it's easy to pivot the platform to match changing business goals.

Excellent solution for workflow automation
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility of the platform and ease of customization, thanks to no-code. The built-in analytics and reporting provide valuable insights on customers and help to monitor team performance.

No major issues to mention. I completely liked this product and recommend to anyone as it helps organization to create workflows for customer-facing processes...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio enabled us with no-code and allowed us to build a range of workflows for customer-centric processes. The dashboards and reporting let us easily track employee performance and keep a high level of customer engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We don’t need developer experience to create new solutions with low-code technology. Building and managing workflows is easy with Creatio as it comes with out-of-the-box solutions configurable for your business

What do you like best about the product?
Being Business Process Driven it has assisted us with planning our cycles precisely to the CRM framework rather than the reverse way around. The help is entirely educated and supportive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we needed to hang tight for the gamification. Getting recognized with their new Academy now. Ideally, this would assist with settling the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The framework assisted us with bettering construction and robotizing complex work processes. It is synchronized crafted by our promoting, deals, and administrations offices, establishing a solitary business climate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create custom dashboards, graphs, and panels. Correct data visualization is one of the most important things to have in hand to make the right decisions. Also, workflows can be built quickly with no code.

The mobile app requires some improvements. Sometimes it is slower than the desktop version.

I like that Creatio is more than just a CRM. It’s a platform with strong process management capabilities that helps to build required workflows at speed.

Sometimes minor issues happen like with any other software. However, Creatio support team resolves them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our company didn’t use any software for case management and processes automation. Creatio implementation helped us optimize internal customer service operations. The system provided case categorization capabilities and omnichannel communication options that speed up case processing. With Creatio, we simplified cross-departmental collaboration and accelerated a number of internal processes.

Creatio enables our business users to create workflows customized to their needs without requiring technical knowledge. It also helped us replace our old CRM and marketing automation solutions into a single platform with one source of truth for our data
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one sales data vendor that we subscribed to where the integration was not available in the Creatio marketplace. Creatio built a custom integration for us.

We wanted to be able to create more automation and workflows on our CRM and Marketing. Business users can now create workflows on the fly without needing technical knowledge, helping us save time and increase efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The flexibility Creatio provides to business users has been key for us. It helped us digitize many business processes across the organization without requiring technical and coding knowledge. Users can now individually create custom workflows that meet their individual business needs which has helped us transition from using our CRM as a system of record to more of a workflow enabler.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Creatio is its configurability. You can adjust the processes, so they perfectly match your business requirements. Additionally, the system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It’s easy to track operational efficiency with built-in analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any significant flaws worth mentioning.

Having implemented Creatio, our company established an efficient contact center operations framework. A user-friendly agent desktop allows for the seeing of all data in one window. Improved categorization of service requests and omnichannel communication options speed up their processing, decreasing over-due requests practically to zero.
Great product for big teams
What do you like best about the product?
We like easy customization: you can either do customization with or without writing code. This allowed us to integrate creatio product in our business easily and free up some time for developers as managers are free to create business processes themselves

Few developers that can modify this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many workflows for different parts of our business and the main benefit is that all of our managers work on a single platform
Significant improvement from Salesforce CRM, easy to use and customize
What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is much easier to use and configure than Salesforce, which is the CRM we had been using previously. My interface is also cleaner - I only have fields that I actually use vs. hundreds of lines that take up the page but that I couldn't get rid of because Salesforce wouldn't let me customize my page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a really positive experience so far but the one area of improvement I'd say is to embed dynamic search within the search bar. I now have to type out the entire account name in order to bring it up vs. just a few characters. This is simply a matter of convenience for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a CRM on a low-code platform that I actually enjoy using and where I can take advantage of all the functionalities that are important to me. It's really customizable which has been one of the best benefits.
