What do you like best about the product?
Processes in bpm’online CRM is a great benefit for our business. I know many cases when the deal was not closed successfully just because a sales rep did not provide necessary information on time or forgot to follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
That’s not the cheapest solution on the market, but it worth money. You get all necessary functionality to run the business and even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am CMO and CRM system is my working tool number one. I’ve worked with different systems before, they were all good and helped me to achieve the goals. But working with bpm’online is a bit different. It’s more than just a CRM system. With bpm’online you do not just keep the contacts and basic information about clients, with the actions you did and will do next, but you move through a pre-defined process and on every stage you have tips what to do in order to close the deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend working with the systems that have process management capabilities as that can help increase efficiency and productivity of your sales team.

Pay attention to the deployment deadlines and plan to minimize its influence on your business

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of bpm’online we have all key business tools integrated into one system. We don’t waste time switching between the apps and stay focused on what’s important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment deadlines. It took us almost 4 months to set up the system to our requirements and about a month to go through necessary personnel trainings and start working in it. However, we absolutely understand why we are doing that. Moreover, the vendor always tries to listen to your needs and will propose you a phased deployment plan depending on your priorities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using the system almost for a year and I can say that that is a very comprehensive business tool. Before we used several different applications to track information about our clients, the status of deals and their progress and separate apps to track tasks for the team and collaborate. It was really a challenge to switch between them. With bpm’online we have everything in one place and can be focused on real results instead of remembering which app to open to track the information we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way the bpm'online goes through in my business process. It's so easy to build a customize process and that helps me a lot.

Our team are so excited about how Marketing, Sales and Services with bpm'online can, definitely, could work together and speak the same language to improve customer satisfaction and revenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Services product is awesome, but if you are using all ITIL process. If you are not, its kind of too much functionality and data do insert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my client communications, like nurturing program, inbound and outband marketing campaign.. And also solve me a big problem between marketing and sales. With bpm'online, now both departments are integrated and speaking the same language.

What do you like best about the product?
From a marketing perspective, the ability to automate trigger emails, create campaigns based on the status of an incoming lead was important to us - BPM Online does exactly that.
The complete process from incoming lead, through to close of sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customising the default processes can be difficult
Not being able to apply a change to a bulk selection - i.e have to make changes to each individual item
Having to search by first name rather than last name
Having to go to 'Contact' if I want to look up a name - I can't search from the 'Search Panel' if I am under Opportunities section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to nurture our leads until they become a hot prospect. This has significantly reduced the amount of phone calls our sales consultants have to make.
The ability to qualify each lead at a different stage based on its source is very useful, It allows the Sales consultants to then prioritise which leads they must call first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love this product - but as a company we made the mistake of rushing in without clearly defining what we expected BPM to achieve.

Key things I would suggest that you write out / or get clear on before using up all your support hours are:
- Define the sales process: do you need automated tasks when new leads come in, when should those tasks be due, what happens once the lead is contacted - do you have a qualification method
- Ensure the list of contacts and opportunities that you are importing is up to date: check for duplicate contacts before importing into BPM
- Assign on staff member to handle the implementation, but ensure they have enough time to handle this. We made the mistake of implementing BPM at a very busy period and a lot of mistakes were made on our side.
- Align names of each lead / opportunity stage to your current process - this will make it easier for staff to transition when they understand the key terminology
- Close off your existing CRM system - the best thing we did! This makes staff have to get used to the new system.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface makes it so easy and enjoyable to work with the system. Any user can learn and start using the application fast. It saves you a lot of time since your staff adopt a new software faster. Additionally, it is the efficiency that we gained thanks to the unique and powerful tools for customer management with BPM engine. This engine made the work of our staff much easier and more efficient. It saves a lot of time and minimizes errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the product is great and certainly improved efficiency, our pharma vertical solution is not on the latest version of bpm’online platform as of today. We lack some functionality that we’d like to have from bpm’online’s latest updates, that I know my team would benefit from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now the staff can deliver more results with fewer efforts. The system helped us to build better campaigns, organize customers’ data, provide our clients with the accurate and correct agreements on time, plan and analyze all our activities. Our sales reps who systematically work outside the office benefitted from the availability of the mobile app. It contains the same range of modules and features, and is synchronized with the system creating a homogenous single hub for our staff to work in.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using bpm’online for almost a year now and all I can say that I won’t be looking for another software soon, as I’m completely satisfied with the existing solution. With such a nice and clean interface it did not take long to learn how to use the software, it also provides great functionality, and the pricing is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think every app can have its drawbacks. However, I can say that I am satisfied with those features that I use in bpm’online. Whenever I have to deal with the new ones, all I need is open a user guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m using the marketing functionality of the product, but our sales team are also working in bpm’online. What I like most about the system is that we use it to generate, capture and manage all leads and then our sales reps use the same software to work with those leads further. This helps us to save lots of time and also provides better analytics. What’s valuable about this product is that both sales and marketing are now kind of speaking the same language.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although this solution is obviously one of the most user-friendly on the market, rich set of functionality still requires some homework to be done. Before starting to work with the app, take advantage of couple of training that they offer, and you won’t regret a minute spent on learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Bpm’online stood out far and away from the other systems we were looking at. We really like the BPM capabilities and having everything on one platform. Our service department in particular really advocated internally for bpm’online because of its rich functionality.
We are very happy to be using bpm’online for case management and knowledge management capabilities in particular. Being able to serve client’s tax information and documents with the click of a couple buttons is a real advantage internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if something didn’t work properly, which can happen with any software, their customer service was quite helpful to assist us in resolving any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our processes are not typical for traditional CRM, but bpm’online is a very flexible solution that we are able to use throughout the organization. It also met our industry regulations/standards so that was also a great benefit.

With a great product and 24/7 support available bpm’online can be a good fit for businesses of different sizes and industries.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had the full bpm’online CRM for marketing, sales and service for several years now and can’t imagine our business without it. Implementation was very fast and we started using the out-of-the-box processes right away. The best part of the implementation was sales module. Integration was seamless with our other systems. No coding experience or extensive training was needed
What do you dislike about the product?
To some extend it can be a bit complicated for non-techy users. At the same time, once our team started using it daily, they absolutely loved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having marketing, sales and service in a single platform has easily been one of the best benefits to date. Outlook integration works perfectly and really saves time for everyone. And from a support standpoint, they provide top-notch service 24/7. Within bpm’online we automate sales processes and pipeline management, email marketing, event management, billing clients’ hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The complete CRM product has exceeded expectations and is so easy to use. Their sales team was very easy to deal with throughout purchase process. I’d definitely recommend this product! User interface of bpm’online is quite user-friendly and looks fresh.

What do you like best about the product?
Bpm’online is for us the most relevant and efficient solution. It provided us with the useful and simple to use set of tools that simplified our operations in service, marketing and sales. It’s important that you can have all three CRM products on a single platform, even if you implement them in different periods of time. We appreciated the fact that bpm’online constantly improves the product and each update is done easily even for deeply customized solutions.
Above all is that bpm’online wins a price competition compared to other vendors being also recognized by the market analytics and experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, all the minor technical issues are solved swiftly by the support service, so there is nothing to complain about. I'd like email templates to be more optimized for various devices and email clients. And as far as I know the team is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of the bpm’online system, we have streamlined our internal processes such as exchange of data, document flows, corporate communication, etc. We analyzed and synchronized marketing processes, which helped to cut off inefficient campaigns and invest budget on a truly lead gen resources.
Now any sales rep have access to the information about accounts and contacts, sales qualified leads, orders and opportunities, invoices and contract status updates, etc. It resulted in the increased efficiency and productivity of our sales reps.
Sophisticated sales forecasting tool of the bpm’online enabled us to intelligently plan and forecast our sales activities. We also benefited from the service solution, getting the full control on contact center workload and improving our case management process.

Don’t hesitate to work tightly with customer success management. It is a dedicated and savvy team who listens to your business needs and objectives and ensures a successful use of this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Having tried many CRM systems before we love how easy and intuitive this app is. It's really easy to setup and administer. Business process management capabilities work perfectly well for our process-driven organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even it miss a few features I require I still like it and recommend this tool for others.

The day to day activities of all the salesforce team are managed within bpm’online. The system simplifies data entry, information sharing across the entire organization.
