Top of the line CRM without the expensive price tag
What do you like best about the product?
As a partner, I really enjoy working with a product that is so easy to learn/customize. Creatio as a company has been a great strategic partner and they listen to their partner network too (in addition to their customers) when it comes to product development.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first a few years ago, I wasn't a big fan of the Classic UI as it looked a bit outdated for the times but with the new Freedom UI Creatio looks and feels like a next gen CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio allows us as a partner to find, win and keep our customers by providing a complex but easy to use CRM.

I don't remember anything that I dislike. Perhaps just adding more and more features for artificial intelligence.

Creatio is improving the UI in every release with the beginning from freedom UI which is a remarkable step. It makes the UI very interactive and intuitive which on the other hand other CRMs lack.

It is really helpful in Creating low code-no code CRM solutions that can do various functionalities with inbuilt out of the box working.

Creatio is solving various problems for all the end users like filtering of data and problem solving.It is benefitting me as the time consumed is minimal and efforts are less consumed.
Smart and Time Saving
What do you like best about the product?
Well there are a number of things. With Creation, we can do a whole lot of things in less time with its low code technology. Business Processes and DCM makes the process completely streamlined and automated. Excel reports can be easily generated. Creation integrations makes convenient to connect with other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to load initially which I think can be optimised further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is providing a lot of functionalities with low code no code which generally requires a hell lot of coding. It saves development time and effort.
