What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, very good tool, makes the work better and easier in order to help the customers with the service we provide.

Maybe that sometimes it won't work but is very rare.

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about UJET is all the opportunities and options that can provide in the moment of been with the customer, no making to waste customer time in making them to call back to get to the correct department and just transferring them to that is amazing and is an amazing tool for customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad with the tool but sometimes the tool get a glitch like sometimes doesn't charge the tool or set you on unavailable in my manager overview but from the agent end is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a good way to do three-way calls and that helps a lot to the customer because he does not lose time by calling the third party company and calling us back, is better to have a conference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having more interaction with the software like, changing profile picture or small things that make the UJET look a lot better and makes it look nice, besides that all the tools to use it are perfect and really easy to use.

Some latency problems but other than that no problem.

When ending the call the reason selections are easy to maneuver to .

When it freezes up because your call is dropped causing customers to become irate sometimes depending on the reason for their call.

Dis positioning the call.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple. No need to memorize aux numbers or what not. Just literally choose what you are about to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags. So it goes to another state without our permission
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can transfer calls. It made work so easy for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I hope you fix the network issues because it would really be a great help. Sometimes it switches to other states without my permission. I hope there could be reminders too.

Super easy to use interface

What do you like best about the product?
The interface allows aux codes to have an assigned color that makes it easy to determine what status you are in with a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike that I have been able to find as a front end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to easily take calls as the come in and make adjustments to the interface as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like most new things, it may be a bumpy start. But the support team is great with assisting with processing requests and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is a very functional tool, at least its better than the previous than we had in Brazil operations. that being said the thing that i like the most is dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
some issues like calls delay, calls dropping and i cant use the tool on my sales team due the fact that ujet dont have a autodialer

We habe better reports visibility

What do you like best about the product?
-simple to use, not a complicated tool to use day by day and also
-very good looking interface very color-full
- the fact that you can see the call stats is cool a swell, all call centers should be try this tool,
-voice mail is a plus cause the customers can leave you a voicemail any time.
- the difference between every aux is very goo due it catch your attention if you are in the wrong AUX
- the tool integrate with a lot of tools not only with sales-force
- you can use UJET at home too
- user friendly and you can use multiple languages
What do you dislike about the product?
usually the sound quality of other stream websites turns choppy when you go available, some times drops connection, some times freezes up but not that often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy and fast transfers, stable connection with sales-force

maybe use a black interface will be better
