Amazing customer service software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it looks like, it's interface and how you can use it
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike sometimes that it lags, and we have to restart the browser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me in my work to be able to monitor my agents, as well be able to call customer's when needed

Easy use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage, and it's adaptable to the contact center needs. It very simple to step into work and download the reports and the data I need to better understand what my agents have been doing, their auxes how much they took from lunches, meal or breaks.
I really like the use of the tool I think is very simple and does not give you a hard time when you need to pull information from it.

Sometimes the data downloaded is not accurate, it tends to show different data after you download it several times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the data I need and I have a clear visión of the timeline from my agents

Try it really saves u time when downloading and looking for information.
Is one of the most reliable and nice-looking base to handle calls

The multiple ways and options are available for us agents can interact more with it and it has a really reliable way to receive a call with no issues and keep the customer with the best experience on the call with no lag or call issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The less helpful is the number of options available that actually they are not needed, maybe with fewer options or just keep the ones needed would be more than enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to keep tech support and customer service on point is really important more when we know that the call is steady and clean and we know that there are not going to be any issues with the call by the time we are helping the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a really nice and clean software to receive a call and keep them really smooth and with no issues, the options of transfers or available option to get the best interaction with the customer so they don't waste time and go forward with no hassle needed.

Is very friendly software, you can easily use it, there is no need to have special training to understand how it works. Give agents the ability to work in native call and chat panels within CRM records, and make their jobs easier by removing the need for them to log in to multiple software applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes to frequently, as well there are some AUX status that do not start at 00:00 like it should, there is a 6 secs delay in the counting, Maybe to make the interface more friendly might help to find the proper tool would be a nice Idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most likely, we take calls from customers that need to assistance with complex devices, in this way UJET has impacted our work by providing us a tool to manage multiple tasks in the same bundle software (Internal transfers, third party transfers, etc) I have use anothes phone software and UJET is the best

Is a great software, easy to use and is a complete software, Provide agents with better data intelligence automatically. Reduce the need to ask customers for details your business should already know.

A Quality Day in a busy life
What do you like best about the product?
I like UJET's interface and how easy is to find what you need in one click, UJET is very user-friendly and I will recommend it to any company. Congratulations to the developers, you nailed it! It is so easy to find what I need to do my job in every tab. Just one click and I can have it all, my work is done in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET had a clean interface but somethings get stuck when you click on the "Sign in" button, most of the time is the internet speed fault. I had accidents where I'm in the "available" status and switches to "unavailable" or "wrap up" this had happened a few times but it might be helpful to know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET helped me making my tasks easier by finding reports with one click. I'm able to find calls in a very fast manner and helped me on a daily basis, UJET is just the best tool to work with since the reports are very fast to find and the interface is just user-friendly. I can live to monitor the agents and checked multiple interactions such as their previous calls or one monthly report. The best thing is that I used it with excel daily. I feel comfortable using UJET and will recommend it to every company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to advise only one thing, personalizing one window colour to be able to change it, just for the sake of personalizing your tool and make it yours based on your style or mood. That is something that might not be necessary but cool to see. Based on the interface and how fast everything works, I wouldn't change anything at all, UJET has improved throughout the years based on these opinions. They listen closely to what the user says!

Ujet is the easiest and most reliable tool on the market and with an amazing design.
What do you like best about the product?
Doing transfers, receiving incoming calls and the merge with the system makes UJET an amazing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I don't like is that we can't still see the Csat scores but I think is related to our part and not from Ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy call receiving and reducing the time on transferring calls.
