Experience with Ujet
What do you like best about the product?
The program is specialized in giving the customer the best experience ever and someone like me as an agent from technical support is great for us, because we can bring joy and happiness to everyone who we serve, every day by day we improve as agents and that's because we have so useful tools like ujet, from the time that I've been working with this program it feels like it has been the best experience that I've ever had, I strongly recommend it to my colleagues from work and probably I'm going to be using this program when i have my own company
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most of Ujet is when the call got disconnected by accident due to the program says that is the agent faults but it is not our fault, that is something that should be fixed immediately, but in another word the other problem that UJET has it's about the paying for the agents, hen ujet calculates how much do I need to earn it is not 100% correct, so there are many things that are affecting this that should be implemented or resolved at the time UJET is still the tool that we use in order to give customers the best experience when they needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we usually solve with ujet are about Technical support, the benefits that it gives are too many that I can even count how many times ujet has helped me out with resolving issues with the customer.

Open Ujet at the same time USING other 3rd party things to solve the payment

Sometimes I had trouble logging in to my account. Appears like a blank box without any space to put email or credentials.
That the stats are just for the day. Could be useful if we can choose to access the stats for day/week/etc...

Great Working Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use, it has a simple HUD which helps me get through the workflow easily. The color scheme is pretty and it gives you several options. It is an easy way to get calls, also to transfer them if needed. It can be moved around easily and the overall experience is very satisfactory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how glitchy it can be sometimes, there are times where it disconnects by itself or the timer is wrong. Also it can get to a point where is doesnt let me move it if the timer is up. My company says that if you move it while youre on available that the timer might mess up on their end.
The least helpful thing about UJET might be the way that it lags out sometimes, I would like to have a consistent tool to work with. Although it is pretty, I think that the aesthetic is a little outdated in my opinion.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier transfers, easier calls and great for my type of job at a call center. It has impacted my job because it needs to function that way, we are a call center that needs to attend the needs of people, and sometimes a chat might not be as "humanitarian" as expected. Also you can listen to people while youre on a call, which makes it easier for you to sympathize with the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to be careful with the usage, and it sometimes lags out but most times you need to be quick on selecting your status.

What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly it is, it's easy to use and the best experience that I ever had, it is better for people to feel like that this program is the best one to review calls and make the best customer experience for the customers, without any other complication ujet from 3 out of the other programs that I've used to respond calls on contact centers is the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment sometimes ujet fails to calculate the right amount of money when it comes to payments, but overall those things can be solved if we double-check if right with our colleagues, our team leaders the people who are aware of our movements

Technical support issues, the simplicity but the best, the tools that it has are the ones that an agent needs in order to

A lot, one of them and most important of all is resolving the customer inquiry and providing solution.

There would be a room for improvement and I'm sure that its already been addressed and Ujet team are working on it.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Does freeze but that may be just having to do with the internet provider
-and sometimes doesn't seem to register the status of the disposition but again, that can be due to provider and just refreshing the system will help reset it and it usually starts to function properly

Sometimes, doesn't register the disposition but that issue gets fixed usually with having the system re-freshed.
Benefits have been as mentioned. it's pretty easy to use a baby could use it ha. Overall it does, what it's designed to do. It's the first time i've used Ujet in my career path and i haven't experienced any major issues other than the ones I've listed
Hope to see it progress as my last call center job had an old fashioned way of signing in to take calls that was overall complicated. This way is so much easier. It should be used by every call center.

UJET Usage for emergency calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like that UJET is accessible in all computers and I can make emergency calls to my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it loses signal often when I want to make a call. I have to restart my computer to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to call my customers in a timely manner.
Ujet the time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact ujet is very user friendly. I am able to go back and look at historical data to provide a clearer picture on some of our pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've so many different phone systems from Ring central to VCC and this is honestly the best phone system i have ever used. The audio is very clear, there never really any issues change the aux, and it does a great job of keeping data to speak on in meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating ways to lower AHT for all cx. It allows us to see trends so we can coach based on behaviors.
UJet, RVW
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like from this software, is the simply fast you can be in touch with a person that is 4,000 kms away. The simplicity of the program that everybody can use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I find in UJet, is that, at least here in my company, it stop working every 10 mins, more or less, and sometimes that is so annoying because you cannot end a call in the instant moment that you want, or change the number you wanna call. You have to refresh the website every 10 mins or less cause the app stop working, just get iced, you cannot do nothing until the app wants, so you have to refresh the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling USA from Mexico City every second I want, to reach customers, providers and other staff.

Simply and easy, good.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. I don't have any issues or questions with using the program. The quality of the calls is flawless and clear. It's just great overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls get dropped, however, I'm not sure if it's my internet connection or UJET, either way, it's not every call. Just every once in a while. Otherwise I no complaints or dislikes at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for uses UJET for live calls with customers or returning missed calls. It's a great way for us to contact our customers in a way that regardless of where we are working, we are able to offer the best service possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't really have any recommendations, again I've never had any real issues when using UJET, just the dropped calls, and again I'm pretty sure that my internet connection is at fault and not UJET.
