What do you like best about the product?
Ease of function and rarely have dropped calls. Support is always eager to help and give the advice necessary to complete your daily work seamlessly. The upsides to using UJET is the user friendly technology and the ability to quickly answer phone calls that come in. All associates that are online and available will reach reach out and the ease of transferring calls is also a huge plus. We really appreciate the customer service that we have encountered whether it was from a phone call or an email, we've always been treated with utmost respect and knowledgeable clients to help with any questions we have as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my wrap up doesn't last as long as other times. I've reached out to our team and let them further discuss with support and we have always had very impressive help but it can be longer wait times to get in contact with a person but I appreciate the service once they do answer. They are very reliable and can always transfer us to a higher up if ever need be. We really, as a company, enjoy using UJET and their
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've noticed that I can sometimes experience an echo, but typically if I put it on hold for a second it catches it up.We have purchased additional wifi and adapter strength to acheive a greater quality of signal and it has helped but we are still seeking the best possible option to get a perfect call with a customer. I do realize that through this service the ability to hear the customer is very impressive and we're able to hear each other much better than a competeting service that our company utilized for a short amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Larger screen function would help with the older people that we have in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely efficient. I enjoy that I can talk on the phone and multitask within my computer. Quality of calls is always clear and it makes it like I'm using an actual phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when wifi is iffy, there is a lag and call quality can be compromised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
deal with customer calls on a daily basis and it's very convenient to speak over the phone to explain things.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to report a system issue. Easy to learn how to use. And a good interface for manager access.
What do you dislike about the product?
When logging in to a different device, it goes to unavail automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some browser settings are affecting UJET performances after I used it for almost a year.

Might have system issues but support is fast.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to work with UJET, it's amazing to be working in a call center and having such a great tool to work especially with the IVR system.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I've had just a minus amount of inconvenience with UJET but nothing that we couldn't handle such as unexpected disconnections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm providing technical support for USA/CA/MX customers.

What do you like best about the product?
is pretti simple and allso we can make some simple troublesootings to find the information we need, also it works wen we need more information inside the company, we gwt some tools and also it work for the venefits of the costumer, pretty simple and also it is very simplem to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
well it is gonna be better if we can have more tools like the knowlege get more information from there.
also we need more basic information on the browser

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the the friendly user with agents so we can do our best to help our customers with their daily problems so they can have the best customer service experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I usually do not really dislike to much features, it maybe can be the that sometimes freezes when trying to load some pages into the website but its really rare and usually it doesnt happen persistenly. Sometime people can be a little frustrated when it goes freeze because they can be on call with a customer and its very important for us to help our customers the way they should be treated. Other issues that maybe can affect us is that when we receive a call from our customers their can be a delay when talking to them and that type of issues can be frustrating because we got problems when trying to understand what is the exact problem customers or reason of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I resolved many problems regarding our nest customers, and is very astounding the few steps it takes to resolve a problem by UJET. I can make appeasements inmediatley at my end when our customers have been upset for any issue they have face at their end. We help our customers have their best customer experience as they should have for a service or product they pay.

Try not keep so many windows open in order to prevent any freezing on ujet.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple program to use,also it's very friendly for the users and this affects a lot on the opinion of the users because that is something that makes to the people see the platform better and search more information about that one.
What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike the integrated controls at times.

I am solving customers concerns with UJET and am realizing the benefits of having an integrated program in Salesforce to aid me in this.
