What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ujet is really amazing at the moment of contacting people around the world, is easy to use and is perfect for the company where I work, I can contact my customers at any time and there is always an excellent quality in every interaction. I recommend Ujet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ujet we contact our customers and we are able to solve their problems no matter where they are located and we also allow them to choose the way they us to communicate with them.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate. The layout of the app is very easy even for those who are not savy with opening up apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would ne nice if instead of having the app for you to X ito to get the chat screen out of view. ..I could be able to minimize the screen (shrink it) and still have it visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to commnuicate.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform focused in bringing solutions to the BPO industry. It is pretty easy to use. The main use of this asset is the customer support, it helps us to put together all the channels that the customer can use to get assistance. Our agents use UJET everyday, because it helps them to work smarter no harder. It also have many uses, bacuse we also can download the report of the agents' interactions, and we can actually make sure that we are providing with a really good customer service. Besides, this platform is compatible with all the tools that we have in our company, so the integration is not a problems, and also as per the easy way of use, was really easy to implementate and actually to train the agents that are going to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say about UJET. Well... this is not bad at all, but they should provide to the new clients a free trial, before purchasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform really helped us to keep a good comunication with the customers using just one channel. It's not a secret for anyone that we work because of the customers, and we need to assure that they are actually having a good service because it assures that they are going to stay within the company for a while. This platform has many features that we can actually combine and give them the best use.

In our company we manage many ways that the customers can get in touch with us, and our agents were constantly struggling with all of that, with is platform with put all of those channels together and they are working just fine.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using UJET include its multi-channel ticketing for streamlined case management, super easy to use, proactive outreach for enhanced customer engagement, robust analytics and reporting, real time chat and voice Customer Support, seamless integration with various platforms, and a reputation for delivering substantial value for the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't offer a freemium option, which could be a drawback for small businesses or startups with limited budgets. The absence of a free version limits the exploration of the platform without a financial commitment. Nevertheless, it's a great platform and I'm happy to pay it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Marketing Coordinator in a contact center, UJET's analytics and integrated workflow streamline customer interactions, boosting satisfaction and operational efficiency. It offers valuable insights for targeted marketing strategies, making it a valuable investment for optimizing our customer engagement initiatives.

None everything is good. No issue in using Ujet

Before there is no options to see you score and the new update will show you your own score and the team score.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly nature of it. I was working for a company, and implementing the program was really easy; the employees loved it. I just remember that we had only one problem with the app, and it was solved really quickly. We use it every day, all the time. You can use it for anything you want, has a lot of features. It works perfectly with all the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about this program. I will highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a call center agent, UJET has truly transformed the way I engage with customers and handle their inquiries. One of the standout features for me is the multi-channel support, allowing me to seamlessly switch between voice, chat, and messaging interactions all within one platform. This not only makes my workflow more efficient but also enables me to cater to customers' preferences in how they want to communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about using Ujet is that it is very easy to use. I love how each auxes have a different color that helps me remember what my aux is and help me not go over my aux. And also it makes my work easier with transferring to a different line of business because you only need to choose which department you will be transferring the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Ujet for almost a year and so far i did not experience any difficulties by using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is a very helpful phone tool and it helps me to do inbound and outbound phone call to provide excellent customer experience

New and user friendly UJET Update, including UI!! Must try!

What do you like best about the product?
Newest update of UI makes our comfortability increase when using the software. Because of the new update it helps us to give different options on where we could transfer our customer call if necessary. By doing this update regularly will help us to reach out to our customer efficiently. Good job UJET!! make this update frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes UJET has a bug on the app wherein the waiting time of the customer stucks at 1. But I think that's normal that the UJET has a bug. In terms of the connectivity and performance, I can't say nothing but thank you for the great software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET solves our problem by doing a great update and regulary monitoring the performance of their application. With these it solves the problem between the connection and system issues on the UJET. Helps a lot by doing this, makes our customer feel satisfied and taken care of.
