Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to make calls, just copy phone number and dial
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings take a little bit longer to bound the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work as a customer service representative, we solve problems with drivers and restaurants via UJET

UJET is easy to use for customer service, make and receive calls, check and review the history of calls.

UJET is a very convenient tool for work. It's easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Changing aux. It's easy to change aux using UJET.
What do you dislike about the product?
When logging out. Sometimes, I'm already logged out from UJET, but I still received 1 call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is a big part of our work.

best telephony system I've used, very reliable
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use the system has. it's always easy to train people on and intuitive. I've never used a better system, but then again, I've actually never used any other telephony system, so I'm not a great judge of that by any means. I enjoy being able to hear customer voices instead of just the robotic voices I hear in my head. I wonder if there are valuable features that I don't even know about because I haven't dug into it too much
What do you dislike about the product?
sound quality at times, sometimes it can be a bit echo-y, sometimes the calls seem like they are in a tunnel or cut out. I also wish that there was a modual recognition so that we could change our voices from female to male when we encounter people who like to harass female agents. I would also be interested in the option to have the system recognize swear words and censer them automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the system allows me to take calls, transfer with ease and have everything I need right at my fingertips. Whenever I get an angry or harrasing customer, all I need to do is pull up an internal chat and get approval to send that person to a poor unsuspecting senior agent! If someone starts to swear, with the tap of a button I can disconnect them into the abyss of no service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise any contact center to consider using Ujet, they are very reliable and I've only had an outage twice in the last two years. In the time that I've used Ujet, I've had more angry interactions with clients than I have had with the Ujet systems. The IVR allows you to very quickly transfer them off to another queue with ease! maybe ask about the auto censor too, I'm hoping we can make this reality.

It is very straight forward, it does not lag and has a good automatic system to place you in wrap-up after ending a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when sometimes it lags and does not make a tone when you receive a call

No problems at all.

Just go for it. They won't regret.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it's an excellent software with good stability and consistency, also really user-friendly. You can use UJET without being thought on using it because it's really understandable. The IVR dial is fantastic and the phone usage too, good program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get many lags and if you refresh pages or something like that it disconnects. Usually when you're in a call the ujet gets disconnected and you have to refresh it so it makes it crash and you're unable to get back to cx, or sometimes it logs you out without any reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for a technical support company and works great. When it is about making transfers, calling cx or just receiving calls from IVR or other route partners is a really good program, it has helped me a lot when I work as a phone agent for a technical support company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I think I would recommend UJET because of its friendly usage and good management. I've been working as an Agent for almost 1 year and it works terrific, you can understand it super easy. If you are working for a call center or a company that provides support via phone it can help a lot, just try to be careful with the refreshing pages things (because it logs you out a lot) so that you can work fine without having any type of issue with it. Good Software.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the Voice when communicating over the internet and it's user friendly graphic interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It has a slow start up when trying to login on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing lost connection with the customer line by closing unnecessary tabs from the Chrome browser. This helps me gain more customer satisfaction since I have time to complete the call and to help my customer resolving their issue without loosing connection.

UJET is one of the best CRM tool that I've used for the past 9 years.

Occasionally sound cuts out which I think is simply due to internet connectivity

Having recorded calls for quality assurance purposes, easy to transfer calls when necessary so the process is seamless for our team and our customers
Ujet offers a great products, reasonably priced with little to no implementation lift

Ujet has a very strong team. They really care about the relationship unlike all of their competitors. The products they offer are extremely reliable and they are quick to communicate new updates and feature changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, more companies should take notes from Ujet.

More reliable systems, reduced costs, while aligned on future roadmap features.

Ujet offers a valuable friendly and remarkable service in relation to weekly support and tailored system preferences that is desirable to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not yet developed however, with Ujet being as flexible as they are, we have the ability to work with them to launch an on going model of new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of having a partner like Ujet is our weekly follow up on push updates and to make sure these are in line with expectations set.
