UJET is easy to work with and is very convenient when working with customers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the chat shortcuts UJET provides. It saves time when assisting multiple customers at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with UJET. Everything has worked great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I assist customers in missed delivery orders, refunds and credits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its very easy to use and if you are having any issues, the response team is very quick. UJET provides shortcuts to live chat agents to assist customers easier and faster. Its a great tool when you are having to assist multiple customers at a time.

Great platform

It is a very easy platform to use, it has everything we need.

It is an easy platform you do not need much to ask, just look a little and you will find what you need

What I like the best is how easy it is to use. Everything is labeled well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn’t like is the constant ringing in chat even if you’ve acknowledged the chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Great interface and very easy to work with, I have started working with it for about a month ago and it really good. I just got promoted from agent to team leader and I thought that it would be hard for me to adapt to the tools for a manager and not at all everything was so easy. Super recommended 100%.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it can get a little slow, but aside that everything is just great.
Also I have a problem with telling us how long the agent has in a certain state, I would like it to show how long they have been connected in the same status in total, not only since they put it in. I feel that this would help more to have a control of the agents and their times.
The agent team also feels that it needs an improvement and that it should show the same thing that I mentioned before, about how long they have been connected in a certain status.

Everything is so easy to access and the information is so intutitive. I have heard that sometimes are outages or something with it but since I am working with UJET everything is fine.

Bestone out there really helpfull and easy to catch up, I like the idea of reviewing so they can take into consideration our opinion to update it , that should say a lot to us as consumers of their services about the company.

It is simple and has everything I need in order to efficiently work from home.

It ha occasionally crashed, but issues have always been solved in a timely manner.

I have everything I need in order to answer chats in my own house. It is super practical and it has made my work experience so much better.

It is very simple and self-explanatory. You will get used to it in a few hours. It's very helpful.
