Really good customer service platform
What do you like best about the product?
That it is a really friendly system, you can do a lot of useful things
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it frozes or it's kind of slow, even with high speed internet, but always happens with other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can solve EVERYTHING with UJET it is really helping me monitoring my agents

Magnificent experience with Ujet
What do you like best about the product?
It never get hanged or never stopped working during my business hours. There is no cache files that keep our system storage free and virus free. As I used to work for 5 days in a week. I never faced any issue with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still, I don't have any parameters to describe this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in many ways like to maintain our break time, email time as well as training time. Ujet also has a option of analytics which helps us to check our C-Sat score our calling duration as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my opinion, Ujet is a good software as it helps to know about our working hours as well as our break hours and so many things. Ujet has multiple options like coaching, wrap up,technical work, offline work and so many.
However, I suggest Ujet is one of the best software.

Easy Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
UJET integrates seamlessly with other support systems, very user friendly, reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The incoming chat notification tones....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that UJET integrates so smoothly with zendesk software and does most of the work for me. Subsequently, I'm solving every customer's problems through UJET.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used two other systems on past campaigns, I've found UJET to be the easiest to navigate and have had no reliability issues at all. I pretty much just have to take the call/chat from the customer through UJET and it populates in zendesk instantly.
Its fairly easy to learn, but has some glitches with pulling up the accounts

I think its really convenient that before the call starts, it lets us know what the call is for. (ex. Resto-menu or Resto-Refunds)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more simple to automatically pull up accounts if possible

Refunds and menu changes for restaurants
I would recommend Ujet, because it is easy to use and useful in our company!

The easy way to connect with our customers, it is easy to use, and we have good interactions with the customers with good audio quality

Sincerely, everything is perfect with Ujet! I do not have nothing to report, Ujet have everything working fine, awesome!

Ujet, is the root of our business. we use ujet to create interactions with the customer, chats, emails and calls, good quality, and very friendly when you are using it.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can find anything real quick and it never got an issue with it.
Ujet has a very visual interface that helps the people to quickly learn the way that it works.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when using ujet chats doesn't load completely causing the agent to refresh the page, and once the page has finish loading the chat is already lost, it disappears from the chats available in the section and the ticket keeps open.
Tickets on the left side sometimes mix themselves and is really difficult to try to find a recent ticket if you forgot the ticket number or the name of the customer, perhaps putting them in order separating them in order of entry could be nice

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with Instacart which is a business dedicated to shopping and delivering groceries to people around the United States and Canada. Shoppers for Instacart are the people that we are currently helping. This shopper can come with several issues that they need to be solved as soon as possible we can help them from getting started, to payment issues, to general questions and assist them inactive batches. Ujet really helps to quickly solve all the issues that the shopper has. Ujet includes some short cuts similar to the IKB section that we use to solve the issue my work thanks to the short cuts and the excellent connectivity
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and it is really easy to get a hang of it. It really facilitates how the agents can interact with the people that need assistance. It is a great tool to use at work since it is really easy to understand and navigate through.
If you really haven't made your mind about trying ujet you are really missing on some really good interactive platform for any needs related to your business.

UJET a great tool for a great work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for us workers to use a helpful tool such as Ujet, this is a very complete plataform for all workers that use it because of how easy and efficient it is, we can have a live conversation, review how well we are doing at our job, we can see things like our average handling time, how fast are we at resolving an issue so we can have an insight of how we can be better and better each time, we also have our chats per minute and Csat score, both ver very important tools for us to review how our work is going.
another thing I really like the best of this amazing tool is the ability to manage pictures, this way we can have proof about any incident we are having or our shopper/customer is having in that time or moment, it is such an amazing way to contribute to us for doing a better job and leaving no loopholes in the way, everything must be clear and that is the way they are doing it.

I am fascinated with this tool, there is no way I can dislike it.

I resolve a lot of issues using ujet and the best thing about it is that we can have such tangible proofs in this tool like pictures in our chat, pictures we will use to support the actions we made.

Try it so you can see how easy and helpful it is, You will get use to it in no time and love it as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the structure of UJET and its integration with other apps. The best part is its simple way to display multiple chats and swap between them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend to add an option to enable or disable sound notifications.

It helps me attend several shoppers at a time for a grocery shopping campaign with ease.

Please really take advantage of the paragraph shortcuts using "/". It really saves you time and effort during chats that are about scenarios you are really familiar with.
Very easy to work with Ujet, sometimes it crashes, but it's a very positive experience overall.
