What do you like best about the product?
overall software system that how tickets generated and easily can see the cx,sh and retailers information.multiple features.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes not give us the proper option for coaching. tech issue and all like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cold transfer and warm transfer. also we can search cx and sh zendex history.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is a good software tool to keep record companies data including voice record,chat notification and many more.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very simple to navigate and use. Everything you need can be found in the one pop up that you are on.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't move the chat box around the screen, you can only close it if it is covering something on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate with customers quickly and can transfer the chat smoothly to another team if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not be disappointed! Great, easy and quick way to connect to your customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet makes it easy to navigate between chat and phone options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to log in. The steps to get in to the system are a little much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet shows me all important information I need to get to the customer account. It's easy to just copy and paste. I also like how it changes my status automatically when I complete a call. Ujet makes my beginning and ending transitions seamless. I am grateful that it tracks my hours for me in real time. I don't have to worry about inaccuracies with my invoices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using Ujet.Ujet shows me all important information I need to get to the customer account. It's easy to just copy and paste. What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to follow and usually is very steady.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a little problems when it comes to it recognizing my microphone. But are issues that I can easily fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it every day for work. It makes my life easier when connecting to other tools and recognizing the client's information.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful because you can see previous tickets about the shoppers, you can see your status, also you can see the tickets you have worked on, you can go directly to the shoppers profile and edit the batch directly clicking on it, its very helpful while assisting shoppers, the ujet shortcuts have improved my service when I do not know how to answer or what to say they help me to answer better, also the sound notifications are very useful to know when a new chat is available so I don´t miss any chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its very slow when transferring chats to others, sometimes ujet gets freezed while doing it and that may affect my ratings, but when you receive a transferred chat it helps that you can see the previous chats so you can know what was going on before. It would be nice to be able to see your times on the ujet page, like when i put myself into break how much time I have been in that status, This would help us users to know our performance better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to help instacart shoppers with their issues when they are completing an order from an store, or when they have issues with their accounts. It easy to use and allows us to be in contact with the customer and the shopper in an easy way this will in a long term will help the company. Also allows me to know the most frequent issues with the company like when there are bugs on the app, or when they had a bad experience completing an order.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I reccomend to have a good team working that are empathetic and like to help, also to have good internet in order for the ujet to work better, and to have another plattaform to complete the use of ujet cause its very helpful and can be a good tool to the organization, I recommend to also first train the persons using the ujet chat so they are familiar to it when they have to work with it, like giving them videos or literally showing just how it works cause it´s very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that is really stable, we use it for chats, emails and calls and the iterface is very user friendly, easy to remember .
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've been happy, I`ve had a couple of issues regarding conection, but nothing really important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the variety of aux codes, the smart actions are really helpful to optimize two parties comminucation.

Great platform overall. Very user friendly
