Ujet is a great platform and product that allows to switch between different status in a fast way

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet has different status available and you can change fast according to your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
That Ujet doesn't tels when it automatically logs out, it should display a message to tell the user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ujet while I'm in the main program, it benefits to control the status I'm on while using the other program

I like the user friendly navigation, and the clear instructions associated with using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it in addition to other adherence software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to transfer calls successfully; and reach out to customers as well as shoppers.

What do you like best about the product?
it's pretty nice to use pretty friendly. I get to us on it pretty much when i try to contact a customer when the servers go down we can make outbound calls and stuff like that, pretty good to my perspective keep doing a great job, also when i have issues by the server your response it's pretty fast and good i hope you guys are doing better and better, but right now you are doing great i hope everyone it's doing ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing I don't have any concern about the service that you are providing to us. Somethimes we expect more cause the server issues, i know a server can be good all the time but this is the only concern that i have because actually it's pretty nice to use pretty friendly. i get to us on it pretty much when i try to contact a customer when the servers goes down we can make out bound calls and stuff like that, pretty good to my perspective keep doing a great job, also when i have issues by the server your responce it's pretty fast and good i hope you guys are doing better and better, but right now you are doing great

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I can see my stats real time. Call handle time, CSAT and how many chats I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Ujet I really can't find any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get chats form customers and before I thought it would be hard to use Ujet. But I realize it is a user friendly tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's friendly-user Interface easy to use! Also all the features are really easy to review and use. The Aux Codes are really clear so there is absolutely no confusion while using UJET and its simply one of the best service I have used in any company i've worked with!

KUDOS for all the developers for this very amazing system for softphone and also live chat! It really makes a great difference withing every interaction and makes it really easy to personallize every interaction with our customers, as well as being super duper user friendly!
If I had the chance to stay forever with such amazing system for Softphones and Live Chats Interactions I will definitely say that it's definitely with UJET!

I will be recommending UJET to all my friends that own their own their call center so that they can try it out as well and be part of the amazing job UJET has made with their system!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, I don't think there is anyhting! Just the fact of using a VPN to connect to an IP address for security sometimes it makes it slow but overall I really don't think that there is absolutely anything wrong the service itself. Very nice and very easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service problems ant Technincal problems! The benefits of the system is that is really easy to navigate through it while multi-tasking!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system is really easy to use, just a few hours of using it and you'll get the hang of it!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see the name of a caller as they call in and being notified audibly is extremely helpful in being prepared to answer the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the system will occasionally switch you automatically between modes that you did not desire to be in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer issues with Instacart. I have realized the ease of adding calls and transfers through UJET.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great service that is easy to use and implement with your systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that one single tool is capable of handling the vast majority of the metrics that I need to know to improve in our business. Provide me with reports that I can download, share, personalize and deliver a more complete coaching
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it display some of the items cannot be personalize at least with the access level provided however it could be done once the report is downloaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can find and control the current agent status which is a huge help to improve agent productivity, provide a more accurate feedback base on results.
