Ujet is well recommended. As a Customer Service agent, it has improved us in the making of calls.
What do you like best about the product?
Much information and It is really accessible.

I do not dislike anything, everything is good for use and very resourceful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems with security cameras and doorbells. Mostly it benefits us to have a good communication with the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is a very user friendly software for providing customer service via chat or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. UJET has been one of the most user friendly soft phones I have used to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems with UJET thus far. Benefits have been ease of use and the simple login process.
UJET is awesome. Utilizing to service client(s) has been both simple and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very easy to use. The features are plain and simple and allows you to service effectively. The color coding for different statuses is greatly appreciated and provides clear status notification. One of the best workstation tools I've used thus far!
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat time outs, even when responding to customers/clients. Perhaps a countdown timer to let either non-responding party notification of possible time-out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster service using shortcut keys. Quick start-up and easy to navigate, reduces sign in time. Easy to request documents and pictures from needed parties, resolving tickets quickly and efficiently.
The best tool for communications.
What do you like best about the product?
UJET it's a very easy and accessible tool to use.

Just a few times it got frozen but it was just one in a million times.

Helping customer who needs assistance when trying to resolve their issues and they need a hand.
It is very easy to use. You can find your way around it. Very resourceful too.

Logs you out after a while of using it..

Customer issues. The benefits make chat flow easy. For example adding attachments

I really like this platform because it is agent friendly, if you're familiar with social networks you can catch up the features so quick. It literally gives you all the clues for you to improve day by day with every single chat you get !

The sound sometimes is annoying, I sometimes mute the sound.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy accessibility and clear readable font. No over-exaggerated pictures or fonts to distract you from the usability of the site.

I have no dislikes regarding the platform above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the work experience easier to solve customer issues. I have access to all the needed information in one platform. I don't have to navigate to multiple sites or places to get the necessary information from the customer.
Excellent experience- I am a current user of this product and highly recommend using it.
What do you like best about the product?
The best attribute about the product is its brilliant reliability, uninterrupted and smooth flow of communication whether it is call or chat and its ease of use. Some of the most useful features are its timer feature which maintains a record of the chat or call duration and its notification feature which provides regular updates and insights about the chat as well as sends sound alerts when a chat is received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling multiple chats can get trickier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been dealing with customer service chats and have been able to solve consumer issues with ujet with its smooth communication ability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a wonderful and easy product to use and I recommend it to beginners as well. It fosters fast and effective communication.

What do you like best about the product?
clean and is super friendly with the user, is fast and reliable. i worked with similiar apps but since i start using Ujet never had to go back. it have many futures super usefull for the job, you can leave notes so other users can see them, it records your call, you can you use this function to improve yourself, also it give the opportunity to supervisors to always look the progress by reviewing all the info Ujet have to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only bad thing i could find is that you cant use to many resources of your desktop because it tend to slower the overall performance. there are a couple of areas i have not try yet, like the auto dial, but i think it could be some what problematic, can cause some errors if is not properly set, and like i said probebly Ujet demand a lot of your data, so try not use to many apps or have to many windows open using data or you will have some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet aloud me to work from home and be in touch with my customers. this make everything easier and i can provide my service in a reliable way. Ujer let me keep on working, and let me help my customer no matter where i am, customer service depends on many factor being the quiality of the calls the main one, so this is a fantastic way to be in touch with them.

Very reliable app to work with, user friendly, you will love it once you start using it, give it a try.
