Modern and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The look and interface looks very modern unlike previous software that I've tried out. It's also very efficient and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is nice, I just wish there was a clock to indicate how long we've been staying on a particular status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A variety of concerns for our dear clients.

It's simple and elegant. Just wish there was a clock showing how long we've been on a status.
Fast option to work
What do you like best about the product?
It's clean and easy to use in the daily basis. The color scale is soothing for the eyes, the type of letter used for the chats is legible and easy to read. There's not information that clutters which makes that doesn't feel heavy to the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet shortcuts could be inside the chat, also it can be nice to add in how much time is spent in every chat. In the section of stats it would be nice to change the colors to know well the difference in-between your individual performance and the team work. I would recommend to add a settings to, so people can have their options to change the size of the letter (if they use glasses). Also it can be nice to have a correction system in cause of any misspelling on the words. It could be awesome if also there's a read on the messages, sometimes we're uncertain to know if the other person within the chat was able to read the message or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The UJET chat is a bit small compared to the all screen so we can sometimes use the bigger chat to see everything well. We solve peoples problems and with the chats is easier to understand what they need, also it works well if you are someone that forgets the information that someone gives to you, it's comforting to look back to the chat and know that the information will stay.
UJET is extremely user friendly and very stable. Highly recommended!

Can't think of anything I don't like about it.

It has made work a lot easier allowing us to focus on getting the job done.

I like that it's got shortcuts so it makes it a lot faster

that sometimes it gets stuck when a new ticket pops up and that there's not an aux code for going to the restroom

What do you like best about the product?
The softphone services are smooth and easy to use. I have used other types of sofphones but none have come close to how easy it is to use Ujet. In additon to having a soft phone it also offers the option to use the chat assitance, which is a great plus and not many platforms offer this feature. It really helps with the daily basics, I love that it lets users and customers share photos, videos and screenshots in real-time, which is amazing and so helpful when having to offer immediate solutions at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes It does give a bad signal and I am not particularly able to use this at work without a VPN, It sometimes changes my shift from available to unavailable while being at work so definitely have to be on the watch for that. Definitely recommend to use an ethernet connection so there will be no problem with wifi interferance and call dropping while using this software,due to bad connection. It does tend to go down like mentioned before if the VPN or wifi get disconnected but it is something that might happen wiht any kind of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving customer service inquiries. I am able to chat , call or do e-mails which is a great plus, it allows me do do multiple or dedicate myself to one. It is also nice to have all the information in one place and well organized at a click of a button. Extremely user friendly, I would say.
