The easier system.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, almost never fails, it guides you through the steps you need to take to solve any issues you may have
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you try to transfer a call it just drops
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems of customer service, I take the calls, put customers on hold while I work on their issues, get back to them and provide them with a resolution

Great Tool for the Job!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access. The notifications allow you to get ready for the next chat/call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when it has issues. It will log you out without any notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to complete hours with my job.
Amazing, can have some minimal Improvement but it sdtills perfect

You can handle Ujet easily, minimum training is required

Sometimes it crashes and has some bugs, but are minimal.

Customer Care, feel like it is easy to use than most of the market CRM systems

It´s simple to use and has the tools required for the proyect on agents ,good for emails and calls. Features great for the funtions required.

On E-mail task when you swich to mail doesn´t show the track time.

Benefits on calls, transfer to diferent departament ok for usage

Its simple to use and adapt to other software and meets the requierents, no long trainings to use this.
Great source keeps everyone safe for privacy reasons

Ujet is very easy to use due to the simple design of it, it is very practical
UJet is one of the most effective business tools that I have ever navigated. User Friendly!

It's user friendly features, Very simple design as well.

As much as I would like to mention one, there isn't anything that would make me dislike UJet.

When I'm logging in whenever I have ISP Issues.

it is a very friendly tool easy to use, you do not need to be an expert to use this tool

the only drawback is that being a virtual tool you experience constant connection problems between calls

Ujet has allowed me to monitor the time between calls by having a real-time counter
U-Jet has been a great experience overall, some issues but they are fixed fast!
What do you like best about the product?
U-Jet has been a great experience overall. There are times when U-Jet has issues, but support does a great job of making sure they fix issues for end users in a timely matter. I also love that the call recording is saved and anyone of the agents can listen to the call by accessing the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is internet based app, sometimes the connection is delayed or has issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
U-jet is great for assisting customers through chat and voice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest having a timmer for chat service so call center agents can see how long they have been chatting and keep up with hold time.
