What do you like best about the product?
The shortcut and smart actions allow for a really smooth workflow allowing us to save some time to work on our other tools.
It also allows us to keep our chats in an organized manner so we can take care of multiple chat at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
the notifications some times block important sections of work while using google chrome. Making me lose a couple of seconds that eventually add up on the long term. Also sometimes the notification sound glitches and it won't stop ringing some time up to an hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working as customer service, we are using it to solve issues over chat. Shortcuts allow a very smooth workflow improving my Average Handling Time and it helps provide an excellent service and quick issue resolution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to go over the shortcuts and smart actions to improve your average handling time .

What do you like best about the product?
That it can communicate through diverse applications making it easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transfer option, feel like i am hanging up on customers instead of warm transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, is my first web-based soft phone i use and works way better than i expected.

If you want a friendly user web-based soft phone, UJET is a good option.

What do you like best about the product?
Web based and easy to set up. Fast reports. Loved the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
No hierarchy filtering on Real-time monitor and limited report bucket that caused an error each time there where too many results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the dashboard to properly monitor site stats and rapidly report to upper manager.

I like that UJET advises us when a chat comes and it rings, as well I like that is showing all the chats

The UJET Platform is used daily without fail. It is all around user friendly and easy to navigate. UJET makes communicating with customers via Chat and Phone seamless. There is nothing, to dislike about UJET. The UJET Platform experience has been a great one. The platform is seamless and easy to use. Everything is in reach, you don't have to search for what you are looking for. The overall functionality of the platform is great. Ujet is one that would come highly recommended. UJET makes the interactions with customers even better. The overall quality of the platform is one that needs little improvement.

UJET comes highly recommended. It is a quality program that is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
That it gives you the ability to stay communicated with the customer and improves your time usage efficiency. It is handy to be able to move from one status to the other on ones screen and have the ability to use different communication tools on the same tool. It help me track and keep a great control of my times while performing my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are more tools that could be added to help the user perform common tasks and the design of the platform itself looks a little outdated. I experienced some technical issues while performing some task as the tool would move from email to unavailable back and ford for seconds with out activating the unavailable control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep a tight control of times of the different task that I perform on my job on a daily basis. It has an interface that allows me at the same time to support my customers via chat and calls. It integrates all the solutions to the need of communicating with my customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very well integrated platform that help you track you activity while performing your job to improve on time usage and understand better the alignment to metrics. It helps you have a closer and faster connection with you customers. It has a very seamless interface that connects to the other software being used.

It´s very intuitive and easy to follow as you are using the tools
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes you loose your internet connection and you get kicked out but the app doesn´t warn you that you have been logged out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking calls and chats is a better experience
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It doesn,t need any recommendation it is really easy to use. The only thing is that you have two different AUX status for phonecalls and other for chats, be aware of this
