What do you like best about the product?
My name is Mauricio, I'm 26 years old. It's my first time as a consumer service work and I feel really comfortable with the different tools that UJET has to make our job way better. I can not imagine how my first work experience at a contact center would be if UJET was not there. The most helpful about UJET is the quick access to all the different apps that I require at the same time to provide stellar and authentic customer service. As long as I have experienced this I have understood and applied properly the tools and the different settings that UJET has to make easier my labor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how sometimes glitches are constantly appearing and that makes that the browsing may cause a little problematic experience. When logging in to UJET it takes too much time to access, this may cause a non-grate experience. You have the function to keep all the different passwords from different websites and browsers and it is helping so much, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized different benefits, from providing immediate customer service, reaching out information about different topics and possible issues, to save my fundamental and daily used apps and keep them organized and functional, and to make way happy and satisfied to everyone who contacts me. The way I have delivered excellent service and the quick response from my tools to help me solve any issue has turned my work into a great job.

I really enjoy the accessibility of UJET. It is simple to use and learn. The system is set in a way that is easy to navigate and work with. Simple yet very powerful tool I use almost every day!

There is nothing I dislike about UJET, I do wish there was a feature to directly contact agents who are in UJET. I wish there was a way to send agents direct messages in UJET.

I am checking schedules and adherence.
It is a very useful tool to keep in touch with people and use it for job purposes.
