Awsome experience
What do you like best about the product?
That it gives you the option to see the customer's rating. It is user friendly. Easy to use and to adapt if you are used to another application or software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no timer when you are in the available status. I had to zoom out my chrome to see all the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a call center and we get all calls with Ujet. Keeps track of the calls we get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a wonderful tool, easy to use, and its user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, user-friendly. The interface is not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is great, however, there are certain circumstances in which the calls are dropped. Then again, we request our customers to have a good signal strength.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service calls.

Good equipment is required to use it's full capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really friendly and has different aux it never stop working. Some upsides about this program are all the aux you can insert and that is really colorful and tech friendly and not hard to use at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do dislike of it is that sometimes it tends to glitch and the outbound calls are hard to reach. A downside is that you may not change the wrap up time but this could be due to the the administrator of the program in our company

I provide nest technical support, the benefits of this is that is a remote app so this let me work from home!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The only recommendation i have to do is that you can try to add another type of log in credential i dont know if this is an issue due to our company that is just showing sign in with google but it would be cool to be able to sign in with another domain.
I highly recommend, awesome experience!

When the permissions are not allowed for the microphone and it hard to allow them.

Be careful with not selecting the correct Aux.

I like that we can manualy change the status.

Sometimes it stays stuck with the mic permission not letting you Sign In.

I am able to change the aux to various status.

The chat box is too small. It is difficult to see so many typed messages at a time. Most typographical errors are only seen after the messages have been sent.

I respond to shoppers via chat. I am also able to assist customers via phone call.
Fast and Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability of being able to minimize the chat window while I research and organize my current tickets. It is truly a quick and painless task, and the tabs seem to open fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound notifications for the chats will continuously go off, even after opening and responding to a chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving tickets internally on behalf of my program. It is very beneficial to have everything in one tab with Ujet.

Easy call answering, calling, and transfering.

I can't see multiple chats at the same time.

Customer service problems are what I solve. I really like the easy dialing feature (copy and paste)

Is the best program I've used, it rarely has issues of connectivity and it is precisely.

The speed connecting to our cx, there are no drops on the program, everything is easy and understandable.

Just the simplicity of the program loading.

Cx interaction, the program loads all the info needed.
