To have the abilty to check all information needed in Real Time.

Intraday Reports some dificult to build them, just for me ...

To check in real time status on every single activity per agent.
So in that way, I can monitor an take control of all data wich affects any final results.

Recently started using UJet and I must admit, it's pretty awesome and very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use. Easy to switch between available to unavailable to break, ect. I do love that you can see your stats for the day, too! It's definitely helpful for me to see how many calls I'm taking as it helps me always strive to take more and more calls. The countdown timers are also another great and useful feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see more in depth stats. Like weekly stats and averages. I like being able to see how many calls I'm taking each day but it only shows you the day it is. I also work an overnight shift so after midnight the call counter resets, which I wish it didn't. It would be much more helpful if it changed (count restarted) for each shift you work. The biggest negative for me is my phone will not ring at all but I will go from available to missed call without notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the way UJet links to our Kustomer system and automatically pulls up customers history. I think they work well together. UJet having the countdown for breaks is another super helpful and useful feature.

Go for it! It's great and easy to learn to use!
An amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy system and super nice. I can see the time that i have on my breaks, also manage my surveys. I really like that i can chat with a customer and call a shopper at the same time. And also there is updates to request photos!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like ujet to add an option to access to the customer profile by clicking the name
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can ask to the customer pictures as a proof of a wrong item or prices.
Best platform for BPO's industries, really helpful and easy to use.

The transfer options and caller ID recognition

the scores should have a separate amount of how many customers rated the call and not just the rate amount.

outgoing calls and able to locate a co-worker for internal transfer.

UJET is a very smart and helpful tool. Very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the smart features that are included with it. I also like how you are able to add multiple people to the call and the option to put the people you call on hold. It is very convenient that we are able to transfer the call within our company just to speak with another agent or manager and we still have the option to keep the call or transfer it over to our coworker. I also like the Smart features where you can tell when the shopper or the customer has opened the app. You can also send them messages and request pictures while in a chat. I believe that that was the most innovative feature that could have been added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes a call wont connect and it wont give you an option to remove that caller from the list. I also dislike the uncertainty you feel when transferring a call to another retailer. You just have to make sure that both parties are off mute then you can hang up, but it would be better if there was another way to ensure that the call wasn't dropped. I dislike how sometimes my UJET will change aux codes without my knowledge. Sometimes it will say unresponsive even though my wifi is good and there are no issues with my internet. It will sometimes glitch and run a little slow from time to time. It will also sometimes say that I am in a call but the call ended 5-10 minutes prior. These are not major issues, but just like any other technological invention there will always be minor issues from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't any problems per se with UJET, I just believe that there may be ways to help advance UJET and make it even easier to use. I also believe that there are some minor glitch issues with the aux codes that could be improved on. I suggest that you guys include some type of in house trouble

if you are looking for an easy way to call and chat with your customers or clients UJET is extremely useful. I also recommend ensuring that your internet connection is always strong or it will cause issues with the service.

Not much privacy. Multiple people can view the same thing at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about UJET is that it is a very friendly platform for customer service. It helps me a lot when there are scenarios when I have to move from a live chat to a call for any reason. Also it is compatible with other platforms that we can use as a complement for doing our job the best way we can. In general, I like working with UJET a lot as on my own experience it is a very useful tool for customer service and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have too much things to complain about UJET because I like working with it a lot, but maybe if I have something to say is that I would like that the status changing after a call must be longer as sometimes when we have just finished a call we continue getting new live chats or phone calls. In general, I am very happy using UJET, using this tool make more easy to complete and improve my work from eveyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have just realized using UJET is that it is very friendly and help me with multitasking scenarios. The communication at customer service or support for the same company are very important as sometimes we have to work in more than one for solving an issue.

I recommend UJET as this is a very useful and adaptable tool, ease to use.
