Tool with multiple features

What do you like best about the product?
Using UJET we can make calls and take chats on one go. With one login to UJET, we can make calls and chats. As an experienced person, I have never single tool which helps both ways. Also, it’s user friendly tool which is very easy to make calls and take chats. The status will also automatically change when we are on call because we don’t get another chat. The mind blowing feature on chat platform is we do have chat shortcuts which we can add shortcuts as our choice. Coming to reports we can easily download the reports and calculate the scores for the agents. Totally, it’s an user friendly tool and it’s not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think one can dislike UJET because one can easily learn about the UJET in 30 minutes because I’ve personally trained few of my colleagues. The only suggestion I have is like the chat window is very small, if you can make the chat window to larger size, it would be helpful for the agents to take chats because if they enter a big statement they have scroll up and down to look for mistakes. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve customer queries easily on chats and calls. The benefits are : we can download the reports and calculate real-time score and share with the agents. We can also check the status of the agents on which status they are in either meal, break or chat,etc.,

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is fast, easy to use and has robust capabilities. It's 100% cloud-based and is easy to use for agents, supervisors and admins.Integrations with CRMs like Kustomer/Zendesk take a few minutes to setup. User interface is modern and doesn't require installing any software offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet is a startup and it shows in their dashboard and reporting. While they have expanded their reporting capabilities recently they still have some room to improve here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet has helped us reduce average handle times and improve the customer experience. Ujet makes it easier for us to drive efficiency from our team by having both chat and phone in one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that Ujet's reporting and IVR capabilities meet your requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet makes it easy to see the information that you really need. This makes the job easy. I particularly enjoy the feature that allows me to see agents in the queue real time. This allows me to see their aux status codes, switch their status, log them out and more. I also have the ability to listen in to live calls that agents are on. This allows me to be in the know about what the interaction is focused on and helps me to determine which course of action to take during coaching sessions. I feel like every application in this category should have a feature like that. Another great feature that I enjoy is the ability to view queue statistics. These include calls in the queue, service levels, amount of agents on calls, the amount of agents available, as well as the the amount of calls for a particular queue.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to communicate with team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet has allowed me to handle daily tasks more effectively. It has contributed to the way I report information and communicate with team members within the organization. It has also helped me to effectively manage the agents on my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like your work being simple and clean Ujet is the way to go. Ujet gives you everything you need, right at your finger tips. The only feature that I'd love to see is the option to chat with employees or even barge in on interactions. But maybe that's just a feature that is not available for me. Alla in all, Ujet is great!

A Smooth System

What do you like best about the product?
UJet was quick to grab from the start. Simple yet elegant. Let me go into detail about the features I liked best. The call feature is almost perfect. Calls always go through and it sounds better than my phone, even! I love how you can view your own stats in real time. Merging tickets was even simple and easy. Perhaps what I liked best was how once I got used to the service, it was a walk in the park to use it on the daily. Straight forward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have its problems.
-During a shift when we have a heavy call log I would go to accept a call, but the sound of a call available for pickup would remain. So i'm talking on the phone with somebody and it keeps ringing about an available call on the side, very annoying. Does not happen often but at least once a day.
-I have multiple tabs open and i'm going to merge a ticket into another, the ticket i'm looking to merge it with does it not show up in the available tickets to merge. I then have to copy the #03840438 ID number of the ticket to paste instead. Even if I only have two tabs (two tickets open) this would happen sometimes and instead of easily merging it I have to copy the ID number and paste. Which just takes up a little more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for Waitr so we are a food delivery service. I solve problems like helping customers get refunds and helping drivers with delivery issues (can't find address, etc).Benefits I've realized are being able to make a 3-way call with the customer and the driver to easily resolve 'can't find location' problems. Being able to send emails from this website is also very convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When transferring calls, the transfer call should be the highest priority call for the agent it is being transferred to. Instead of receiving the first call in the queue.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that is so easy to use. Very user-friendly! Ujet is an incredible tool! I use it at work and its high quality is better than its competitors! It is easy to use and is very efficient!

I do not dislike anything. I love the tool.

I am solving customer inquiry and it is very beneficial in solving the problems in an efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
The beep when the call starts to record.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call connection takes forever. I get hung up on because the dead air is too long after the receiver says hello. The transfer is confusing. Sometimes I don't know if I am disconnecting or if the call has successfully transferred. I don't like that the number pad is over the done button. when I have to "dial one for Spanish" I am afraid I will disconnect the call. When the queue is high the wrap-up time doesn't exist. when I am listening to a call to gather information to document on a ticket and a call comes through, you can hear that recording on the ticket if I don't stop it in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not seen any benefits but receiving calls, but if these issues are fixed this could be great software.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very user friendly, and I have not had any trouble with it at all.

So far, there is not really anything I dislike about.

UJET makes it very easy to switch statuses throughout the workday and track all of my elapsed time.

the app distributes ticket in a timely manner

sometimes bugs shows up when queuing and there are some latency issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mostly having latency issue with the app and sometimes when there is a huge volume of contacts, we are having 4-8 concurrencies

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can seamlessly log in to it and be connected to both phone and chat at the same time. I also like the fact that when you log into chat, it will connect your conversations to the relevant tickets so you don't have to make notes. I like the fact you don't need a physical phone to use it, either.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don't see any downsides to UJet. I've worked from home for over 6 years, and it's the best work-from-home tool I've used so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJet is helping me to solve customer issues with orders and note the related tickets without actually making notes on the tickets.
