What do you like best about the product?
It has a neat and user friendly interface. That is very easy to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far everything works well for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's used for receiving and making calls with customers from instacart. We are then able to assist them with their query.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use UJET anywhere, and it provides me the flexibility to take calls when I need to be on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like that the connection isn't always perfect, but that could be WiFi and not UJET.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving using UJET is being able to streamline calls into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides to UJET include the ability to switch and transfer calls with ease. It also helps that calls are recorded and can sync with Kustomer, our CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the wrap-up time is so short! I think I can change it, but I haven't looked into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to serve our customers efficiently and effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise utilizing the different statuses so you can maintain service levels.

its super effective in the calls and haven't showed any isues

I haven't discovered any issues that would make me doubt the performance

It easy to make a call back call with this software and doesn't get stuck

the ringing tone is a bit annoying, honestly

Sometimes it is slow.

The downsides of Using Ujet is that filters are not ordered alphabetically

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very simple and self-explanatory yet covers all my remote needs! I've used several other "tele-communication " programs and this is by far the best one!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say about dislikes! No Complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to solve every call I take! I like the one-touch dial, transfer and communications features. Very simple to conference calls together or keep them separate if needed!

What do you like best about the product?
I love using this platform at work. It's easy to call back a customer in a quickly manner. It's cloud based. It offers solutions for voice, chat, image, video, and text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly for me there is nothing that I do not like about the UJET PLATFORM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve issues like if a customer is disconnected I can easily use the keypad to give them a call back to contunie to be able to help them where we left off.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and good options for various aux codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has glitches such as moving up or down while I tried to close a second call and get back to the one on hold, the one on hold gets disconnected by mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking calls, placing holds and transfering calls is a breeze. Just have an issue with a small glitch that comes at the busiest times that disconnnects a call I want to keep when I try to disconnect the second call.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and a very quick platform. Integrates stats and many options to control the shift of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
1 out of 10 calls have a bug on the answer button and sometimes when you click to answer the call it takes you to a screen when you have a missed call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a lot of calls in the IVR, we use it in customer service and its super efficient and easy to use. Also it is our check-in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for large organizations and a great resource to help you call customers all over the world, also very stable calls.
