Great Options To work
What do you like best about the product?
iT AWESOME TO EASY TO HANDLE AND WORKING FASTER, I LKE THE INTERFACE AND SO FRIENDLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS IU THINK ALIKE TO SHARE AN ADVICE MAYBE YOU COULD make A SHORTS VERSION TO DONT USE ALL THE SCREEN BUT I AWESOME

the size on the screen is a little big for my use but it is ok

I'm talking with customers and at the same time I send my email stuff
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to worn has some issue when I have a lot of calls it is easy to operate and change my status always I ave to put on some warp or some email only but the app works easy to everyone so here is one advice you try to make a slow version for laptops screens we can handle easily but in all of them are awesome when I try o call with my customer are awesome soi i believe it is a great option to work and try to handle a lot o customer and ask and more for the call centers and support centers are some easy to handle even when you have a lot charge off work so it is awesome I recommend you for all my contact I appreciate you take my advice seriously, even more, when I try to get a solution to my customers and sen email and more things for all of then so I thin you are a great and awesome option for call centers thanks a lot for your help when I have dudes and we need a solution quickly you always been great with all troubleshooting steps

Ujet is an amazing calling service and I would highly recommend it to anyone it's very user friendly

User Friendly and Very Functional. No glitches, easy to use and helps me keep in communication with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I absolutely have nothing bad to say. I'd recommend the service to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using UJET for any telecommunication-related services. It it is extremely user friendly and helps me communicate in chats and phone calls. I have no issues with the service.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about UJET is definitely how user friendly it is for Agents! It's such a simple process to pull up the widget and login to chats or phone. Training was helpful, but the best thing about it all is that training for how to use the widget is almost unnecessary because it's so simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the ability to filter by status when looking at all Agents on the dashboard. I like that you can look at those that are available, on call, etc, but I'd like to look at all the agents with them bunched together depending on the status they are in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many fewer technical issues!! We previously worked with Amazon Connect and we constantly had issues!

UJET has been so easy to use, and our implementation partner is so responsive and helpful! They have been extremely open to feedback and helping us with any needs we might have!

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
UJET tool is very easy to use, the commands and the arrangements of sequence are well organized. It's s easy to remember and anyone can work using UJET tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
it lags sometime but maybe it's maybe because of my poor connection. Nothing to do much of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are monitoring different LOB's and with UJET we can simultanuesly monitors all those LOB's, while multi tasking with other task. UJET is one of the tool we also use to create reports and generate accurate data needs for reporting.

Helps keep track of my time for my pay, upside is it has several options for our breaks, chats, wraps ups

sometimes it signs out on its own no matter how many times you check on your time. To make sure it's still signed in to keep track of our work hours this use to happen but ever since the updates we've had since I started working for this company

ujet don't really help solve problems on my end, it just keeps track of my workday and the chats that are coming in

it works perfect if it is needed for your job
Ujet is the most streamlined of it's type I've ever seen. Amazing quality.

I like the integration of the customer information with the other programs I utilize when working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not having an option to move the chat template around. A lot of notifications pop up in the lower right-hand corner of the screen (Slack). These notifications create a blind space over the chatbox which in turn slows the chat process. The ability to move the interface around the screen would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ujet I'm able to give customers and shoppers a faster, more efficient response time. This helps to make them feel like they are speaking to a person via chat instead of a machine.

Ujet is definitely the way to go.
