I have found UJEt to be a great tool in routing customer contacts

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have constant adaptability in the creation of new call and chat queues for offshore call centers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love super-fast technical automation. Our agents have to manually type in order numbers. If Ujet could sync with the customer profile in our system admin and have that information auto-populate, that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to route calls more effectively with Ujet. We can have agents working remotely and still monitor and track the quality of the call through our Ujet data

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is great with how easy it is to answer calls or change the status and how simple it is to transfer calls if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have not found any issues with this program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet gives us the benefit of not having to use landlines, it is great only by being connected to internet and having a charged computer.

I use a laptop.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how calls or chat come in instantly and it's so easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It signs me off after 3hrs. I have to constantly click on the page to refresh it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet provides an easy to use platform with a multitude of features that help to deliver a seamless customer service experience while providing key insights into agents activity and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve with Ujet because there are many different configurable features but once you learn how to navigate the platform is relatively easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet provides our customers with an in-app chat feature with contact funneling, allows us to track agent active and accept calls from customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ujet has built a great platform with many different services. Their team is very responsive and helpful when guidance is needed for setting up new features or adding to your team. They are extremely flexible as your business needs change.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support team is great, Andrew is always there to help with the issues we have. His response time is super quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag between when the employee answers the phone and the guest can't hear them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having integration issues with Kustomer but it was quickly resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Connection is most of the time very clear and I rarely have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is an echo or something similar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve cx issues and retailer issues while on UJET calls. I see the benefit of having ticket info on the right hand side.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful when other agents are transferring the call. Sometimes they accidentally hang up on the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
If I have any questions Andrew, our amazing account manager, is always there to help. The response time from their team is very fast and they are always a great help!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight lag at the beginning of outbound phone calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had an integration issue with Kustomer and UJET and Andrew helped me fix the issue. Andrew has also helped me learn more about their reports and how they can help out CSR's improve their quality and response time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great system for receiving and making phone calls. The customer support is awesome and they always go above and beyond. Also, a big plus to this company is that they integrate with so many other service providers.

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part it is really easy to use UJET. Everything is self explainable. The log in is really easy and from there you use different AUX codes in UJET to set your status while you are working. I am usually on the "Available" aux code because I need to be ready for calls to come in at any point. Whenever I take my breaks or lunches I set my aux code to break or meal and that will let my bosses know that I am not currently available to take calls. The only thing that is kind of trick is sometimes longer calls can interfere with being able to switch Aux codes so it can mess with my adherence to my schedule. Even though that can be inconvenient I can let my bosses know why my adherence is off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bugs happen with UJET and all you can do is wait for those bugs to be acknowledged and fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using UJET to answer phone calls. The benefits to using UJET is how user friendly it is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not much advice to give because the app itself is easy just be prepared for a bug or glitch to come through at some point.

iT AWESOME TO EASY TO HANDLE AND WORKING FASTER, I LKE THE INTERFACE AND SO FRIENDLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS IU THINK ALIKE TO SHARE AN ADVICE MAYBE YOU COULD make A SHORTS VERSION TO DONT USE ALL THE SCREEN BUT I AWESOME

the size on the screen is a little big for my use but it is ok

Easy to worn has some issue when I have a lot of calls it is easy to operate and change my status always I ave to put on some warp or some email only but the app works easy to everyone so here is one advice you try to make a slow version for laptops screens we can handle easily but in all of them are awesome when I try o call with my customer are awesome soi i believe it is a great option to work and try to handle a lot o customer and ask and more for the call centers and support centers are some easy to handle even when you have a lot charge off work so it is awesome I recommend you for all my contact I appreciate you take my advice seriously, even more, when I try to get a solution to my customers and sen email and more things for all of then so I thin you are a great and awesome option for call centers thanks a lot for your help when I have dudes and we need a solution quickly you always been great with all troubleshooting steps
