UJET Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I was able to pace myself faster and all the while maintaining productive work.I enjoiyed being able to be productive all the while, also being able to maintain the scores I needed to meet satifisfaction ratings for the company I work for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked how Ujet was sometimes disorganized and the emails that spammed my email after conversations in the platform. I wouldn't say I liked the sounds Ujet made to notify us of a chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved food delivery/order problems in Ujet. I realized the platform gave me a better understanding of what exactly was going on. I was able to problem solve a lot easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely check out all that Ujet has to really offer.

Great features and support
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many awesome options with integration into our app, as well as wonderful support and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a connection with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agents have had far fewer connection and sound issues, we are also able to gather a one-question CSAT survey for each call.
Top Notch Phone System
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and rapid calls are my favorite part of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to decipher between two of the same phone numbers to dial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits are that it lets my managers know where I am in terms of phone time, break time, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The stability of the program is better than most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, getting booted out can be a little iritating.

I have not had problems with UJET. I have realized this product works better than other vpn clients

What do you like best about the product?
I will have to say; this is one of the smoothest projects I have taken part in. Philip Cummings, the project manager from UJET side, was interactive, approachable, honest, and fully understands what is required since he has a strong WFM background.
Reporting was eventually resolved with help from Pam Kaur and Rosi C's amazing partnership!!!

We had to discountinue our contract. It could have been a continous relationship if all departments were in the same platform - UJET

UJET review after 7 months using it
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UJET platform because it's a good platform to make calls in our Job, also, it's a good tool to record all the status that we have a long the day. An amazing feature is that we can transfer the calls to a different colleague during the same call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is having issues like missed called just after finishing the call, it could be frustrating because as a worker I'm constantly having issues with the supervisors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET makes it all easier because we do not need a physical telephone to make calls, also, at the moment to transfer the calls is easier to do with the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Ujet because will make it easier for your job to make calls around the World, also, is a good platform to see when the co-workers are changing their status.

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use, and we are able to log in and change the password as we need without any complication, as well you have the ability to move the tab to consume less space.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to minimize the tab of Ujet, you either have the standard size or the complete tab, you should be able to have a widget for easy access and a better view on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We worked on a call center, and we are technical support. We are in charge of keeping our clients with a better experience of our product, as well, we troubleshoot any issue with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is easy to use without any complication, is do friendly user either if you have not worked in a call center before or done calls with a company.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to use, and the speed is helpful when logging in. The different colors for different codes also help when switching from available statuses to breaks and other offline activities. It displays the ratings from the customer imidiately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used the application for long, so there isn't enough to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the app to track my interactions, and it will notify me if I have forgotten to fill in any required information on each ticket. The fact that it shows the outbound number when right above the keypad is helpful.
Easy, Functional and self explaining
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to manage and handle. Clear on what needs to be done and promotes self-sufficient users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no complications to the system. It is a little tricky at first but once training, it is one of the simplest software to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuing to assist all issues in a timely manner due to the efficiency of the system.
