Best voice integration with kustomer
What do you like best about the product?
Really Smooth integration with Kustomer, creates a great easy experience for agents
What do you dislike about the product?
Ecuador feed are expensive, the should get better ones

Integration with kustomer, better calls sound

UJET is easy to understand and very reliable , havent had any issues whatsoever
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful part of using UJET is being able to track your adherence and it allows you to see the alotted time for which you've been in a certain queue
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes UJET will refresh itself and it may seem like the call has ended but in all actuality it has not . IT could be better if the sudden log outs were fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems i solve with ujet are customer and retailer issues , im able to send emails to certain departments if need be and that is very helpful . The benefits i've realized is being able to have a whole template generated for you and all that has to be done is a fill in

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the menu and dial pad options.
What do you dislike about the product?
When merging a third-party phone call, I wish it was easier not to get disconnected if I still needed to speak with the original or second caller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to solve a lot of delivery errors by being able to call the driver as well as merging the phone call if drivers can't find customers' locations.
I really like the simplicity, but I would love to be able to see my previous calls.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the interface. It is very easy to make a call and log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that from an agent's view, you are unable to see previous calls or any notes that are inputted post-call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to call out to my applicants without having to use my personal cell. It prevents strangers from trying to spam and it's on a recorded line.

You will be satisfied with the simplicity of the platform. Anyone can learn from it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of switching from Available/Unavailable. Even if a call is coming through I am able to switch to unavailable if I need to! It's very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lag with the phone call ringing when a call appears. It'll appear for 10 seconds before the ringing sounds begin. It makes it hard to multitask when you have to constantly watch the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever there is an issue with UJET, the UJET support team is more than responsive to solving the issues. Sometimes the issues are reoccurring, but they are always able to fix within 24 hours.
Very easy and nice to work with UJET makes life very easy for us as Customer service advisor .
What do you like best about the product?
Since we work in a hectic environment and one needs to be always open-minded when you log in or start your day. Still, UJET makes life very easy for us as Customer service advisors because it's speedy and easy to work with as everything is set to work excellent with UJET.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Like every function they have on UJET, the only thing I dislike at this moment on UJET is that when one goes to the toilet, you must use the break auxes whereby I feel like if ever they could add an auxes which will be for the toilet breaks.

I do not have any problems with UJET so far . The app is fantastic for me, I must say! Very productive for me.

It's a straightforward and efficient app to use that makes one's life very easy.

It is a simple platform that every person can use without long training requirements. It has a very attractive design with all the necessary tools visible for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
To this moment, I haven't found any complications, however, when they are updating the interface there are some issues with some parts of the platform. Completely understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is our tool to communicate with customers to provide solutions and keep track of the service level we provide.

It is an incredible space where you can handle your team if you are starting your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to choose which number to call "from" when making an outbound call, so that the recipient can see on their caller ID that I'm calling them from my specific team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'll be incorrectly assigned to calls from other teams, although it usually resolves quickly and sends it to the correct queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incorrect routing is sometimes an issue, but overall the benefits of being able to make outbound calls from my home office outweigh any problems I've experienced.

There are times when the software will go down, and we cannot type or communicate with the customers.

Assisting customer by chat or calls. There are macros with different topics included that help you reply to a customer's email.
