Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's similar to my phone. I can use it to call, text and I also have my shortcut close.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can't use "Grammarly" directly on the Ujet chatbox. I always have to write it on a different page then paste it on the chatbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ujet to communicate with our consumers in my job daily. Ujet also allows me to set my status for our workforce. If I'm in training, coaching session, or if I'm available to work. With Ujet, I can also know how I am doing daily with just one click. My stats let me know how many interactions I had in a day compared to my coworkers and my customer satisfaction level.

UJet overall has been an ok experience. Sometimes it gives me technical difficulties.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the phone rings before a customer comes on the line. I like the ringtone; it reminds me of a vintage rotary dial phone. I also like how I receive a notification when a call comes in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have technical difficulties when trying to log into the phone in the morning. For example, I receive an error that says, "Fail cannot log in; please contact your administrator." Also, I have technical problems where the phone rings, but I cannot answer the call. For example, the answer button doesn't even show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of using UJEt is being able to incorporate the UJET system with our emailing system to work on both emails and calls under the same platform. Ujet is also a convenient way to make phone calls.
Ujet is a decent phone system
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is not a piece of standalone software; it's less bloat. The call quality is better than our last system and has a few more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization and itemized volume sliders. The number of bugs in a multitude of browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are early in our deployment and are still working that out.
UJET is a very user friendly tool that allows multiple functions to be completed hassle free.

The clarity of the different aux's to go into.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about it.

I am completing transfers and placing necessary calls to both shoppers and retailers.
Great tool to chat and have outstanding interactions
What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts and all of the status that Ujet has to develop a nice work environments between the supervisors, supernumeraries, and agents, as well for the fas interactions with the end-users in order to solve their issues
What do you dislike about the product?
The bug or delay it has within using the shorcuts as it sometimes block the interactions for a few seconds which makes the interactions to last longer and create some system delays
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving Turo campaign customer service issues within end users and Teleperformance agents. I use it to chat and to make my loggin within the tool and the CCMS system of Teleperformance

What do you like best about the product?
That i can note accounts even ater the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
How often it glitches. It becomes idle very fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really solve problems, but I am able to put calles where they go and note calles.
Ujet a experience to help writing on time
What do you like best about the product?
I do like best the colors that Ujet implies to have a visual tool that can help agents that customers be provided a better experience, and that is so helpful-
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the timing because there are times when you need to ask for more time in order not to lose the chat, but overall it is not that bad; I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had problems at getting bad reviews on idl chats that I didn't even have interaction with, this might negatively affect my score, but in general I'm okay with it.
Zendesk is a great tool to aux on time and also track how many calls you take per shift.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Ujet the best is tracking my AHT per shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to make an outbound call to a different department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing average handling time very accurately.

I like the fact that its user friendly and is fairly easy to adapt to.

I don't like that the calls are automated with no way to reject because it interrupts your workflow.

Easy and convenient call flow. Transferring and making outbound calls are seamless
Great when it rings
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the agent/ admin dashboard and intuitive reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had issues with our agents not hearing the ring notifications, typically their first call of the day. We prefer to have a widget that's not dependent of Google Chrome and can move on any tab or page the agent is on so they won't miss any calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, we've decided to end our contract with Ujet. They're helping us with moving over to a new phone system and will help port over our phone numbers.
