My Ujet Experience and Review
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is most helpful as the calls are automatically, and you get to see them as they come through. I find Ujet easy to use, and it helps that it is part of my other working tools. Using Ujet helps me a lot in my completing my daily tasks and ensuring that I do my work both effectively and efficiently. I am confident that doing my job as Ujet helps my job become more effortless. Ujet is easy to use, and this allows me to focus more on ensuring that I provide the highest level of customer service and improve on exceeding customer expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, Ujet has glitches, like skipped calls, or the call comes through without you being aware, and it sometimes connects the call for the longest time. With some calls that come through, voices cannot be heard, and they sound far. On rare occasions, there is static on the ring, which makes it hard to listen to the caller and be able to resolve their reason for calling. Although there are those minor negative experiences with Ujet, all of them are quickly resolved, which ensures that we as a company can get back to resolving customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is a communication tool between our company and their customers, it helps us as a company to understand customer issues, and we can work on resolving those as they arise. Using Ujet, I have confidence in resolving every case that comes through as Ujet makes my job easier and my mind at peace knows that as the call comes through, the customer will be assisted, and the call will be smooth with both of us being audible on the call. The benfits, in my experience, will have to be that the customer comes through to an agent that uses an efficient system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ujet works perfectly, and it will undoubtedly make your business run a lot smoother. It works efficiently and its very effective.

Ujet is missing vital features that most soft phone services have.
What do you like best about the product?
The environment has a clean layout and is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the backend, reporting is a mess. Also do not like the process for downloading calls to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unsure at this time.
It may fail sometimes, but they fix it pretty quickly (and its not often)

Well, i mean, ujet is part of my job, so its not that i like it, but its got pretty good features for managment like the ease of setting up status and such

Again, its part of my job, but when it fails, damn if it fails

Its not my bussines, but I imagine it works better than other phone tools out there
Ujet has the most amazing software ever!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to answer many calls very quickly. It has multiple aux codes to show the state I am in if I am not ready to take calls. It shows the number of calls we have waiting in the queue. Ujet also allows the agent to log in on time without delays. Altogether it has been better than other software I've used while working in the customer service industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't show how long you've been on available aux. Sometimes the calls are considered skipped when Ujet doesn't auto-answer. The stats displayed aren't always accurate. There is sometimes a delay when logging out of Ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take customer service calls from senior citizens. It's called the senior support line. We help senior customers navigate an app called Instacart, which allows older people to get assistance with placing grocery orders and creating accounts on the app or website. It offers agents that are patient with the elderly because they always need extra guidance when dealing with modern technology.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ujet has offered nothing but excellent use. I barely have any issues when dealing with the software. It has an easy login and out process. I promise you will make the best decision to choose Ujet. I was so happy that it was effortless to use when introduced to it. Best decision ever!!! You will not go wrong by choosing Ujet.
Ujet user for almost a year, it reliable and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The pull-down phone menu is easy to use and with clear options even easier to use. Internal corporate systems, intranet, and share drive apps. I am not sure how it compares to other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transfer features feel clumsy sometimes. Working properly is not the issue, it's the transitions during the transfer that is frustrating. Smoother transitions during transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A clean way to handle customer concerns and not worry about quality. The financial benefit is simple - ujet is a clean and crisp experience. Fewer customers have to call back due to a bad connection.

UJET Is an Easy to Use and Reliable Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to log into and out of. Inbound and outbound calls complete reliably with good call quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to pull a specific call if the employee doesn't record the CALL ID of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to use and more reliable than our previous system. It is also less expensive.
Average CX product with lots of potential

Ujet automatically gives a wrap-up time that is acceptable to get all after-work calls things done.

Ujet sometimes would have calls come in without any sound coming indicating that a call is coming through.

My experience is really poor because i keep getting problems with dropping calls randomly

The way it lets you know about the call being inbound or outbound. As well the capabilities that the software has like transfering calls to someone else or someone within your team

Keep having some issues about the calls been dropped randomly, might as well not be a sofware issue but more of a hardware issue , but still not having the best experience

trying to solve the problem of tech support to yale and august products trough phone calls , this way we can commnicate with customer about their issues and concerns
