Simple, clean, and nice
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the user interface it's the best for new customer agents or non geek people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have really much have problem using the program or the tool just wanna see more option for ringtone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using ujet tool to answers incoming calls and doing outbound for our members it's make faster to call them.

You should use ujet a very nice software for talking to customer

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The interphase looks updated and it is not complicated to use. It's way too convenient when performing calls. It does not lag and has good quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an easier way to log in. We can have widgets for Ujet easy access as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication! I can carry UJET anywhere I go from my device, I lose access to my contact

I do recommend UJET for other users since it is practical
Quick, organized and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability, easy status selection. Great layout and quick response times. All the essentials are provided on a simple window, and multiple options are adequate to professional use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no equalizer, sometimes incoming callers may have high pitched tones or background noise, a tool to help reduce intererences, noises or treble is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfect to have a big team working on customer support and the integration with Salesforce. Also reliable on reports about the status of workers, and efficiency

I would not hesitate on Ujet, tried different software before and none was comparable.

I love how you can change your status. I also like how you can type notes, then go back to chatting with the customer and the notes are saved automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing at this time that I dislike.

It's making it easier to notate. I also love that there's a timer on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ujet gives you a countdown before connecting you to the customer. I also like that it lets you pick your next status before the call disconnects so you are not stuck answering the next call before you're ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I don't like.

Ujet helps me connect with my customers over a steady line with no call drops.
UJET Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
UJET provides the ability to take your breaks, meetings, and meals. Management can keep a record of your status and the specialist also has transparency. Compared to other phone services it's the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
While notifying you of a call it would provide a separate notification with a tone. Sometimes the tone does not go away while on a phone call. It causes a distraction on the phone due to a tone is playing in your ear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
N/A I do not solve UJET issues with UJET. N/A I do not benefit financially from using this product. I am definitely more productive using UJET. Compared to other phone applications Ujet is great.

that it shows me the que of calls still to come and makes transfering easier so many features for simple tool

that it glitches and has skipped calls when you have to call back acouple of times it starts skipping calls

it is very convient and makes everything much more easy

it makes the working environment very easy , and also the timing is also accurate .

Sometimes it logs you off without even notifying you. so you must always check if it has not logged you off

The bobbing up and down when calls are waiting is distracting and makes it easy to make mistakes.

Call management and being able to manage agents' remotely on UJET.
