What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and live to monitor. I really like the live dashboard view whereby I can manage my agents. I use the reporting dashboard. I have used other software and found this to be the best
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when my employees system changes from an available state to an unresponsive state. Allow trouble shooting steps. I wannna see these changes in the agent system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls and Chats - VEry simple for agents in chat to with and also voice agents

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and it is a user friendly application.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful with UJET is the fact that it does crash at times and that can be somehow annoying especially when you are in the middle of work.

Ujet generally helps in time management and schedules

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is very efficient and easy to navigate through. It has made my experience working with GoPuff very easy. I would definitely recommend the company to others just because of ujet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet can have days where the system is moving slower than normal but what systems don't? For the most part, it is very quick and fast and allows me to get my job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet definitely helps me to get through every customer's questions and concerns in a timely manner. It also helps me to provide the best customer service experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to assign the next aux you would like to use and the accuracy of extracting data from the tool. The raw file gives alot of insights on how we can better improve our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Done" button when I'm on a live call. If I accidentally click it there should be a pop-up question instead of immediately disconnecting the call. No feature to give customers the ability to provide a verbatim at the end of the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several. We help customers with their bank accounts, loans, and investments. It gives us all that we need. We can place the customer on-hold a structured IVR System.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's optimized and easy. All you need in one platform. You should consider partnering with them!

I like that I am able to see when there is a call waiting in the queue.

What do you like best about the product?
The overview dashboard and the customizable filters. I also like the ability to listen to the call in real-time. It helps us monitor calls and do call calibration with the others team leads and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you need to plug in a microphone before you can be able to toggle your aux. For us leaders or workforce who don't really take in calls or just want to quickly check something, it's a hassle but then if we don't plugin, we will be tagged as unavailable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in monitoring all aux tagged by our agents in real-time. It solves the problem of who is incurring overbreak, lunch, and having a long hold or long calls and we are able to extract the reports at anytime to give feedback to the agent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you try it out. It's more convenient than what we had before. It gives more details and is very user-friendly.

Great layout. I love it when they provide needed information in order to pull up the customer's account, it saves us time! Great layout. Also, I like how it was color-coded. I like that it is not complicated. I also love how it doesn't have an overload of options. I enjoyed using this because of its simplicity. I can do exactly what I needed to do and that's great for me. The team is very helpful and provides an opportunity to provide feedback that could help the whole organization.

Very few things to dislike about Ujet. The only issue that I have ever encountered was a minor issue. Technically, I don't have any problems with it at all. It is user-friendly and yes, I am more productive when info is provided when receiving calls. I love it!!! Technically, I don't have any problems with it at all.
