It's a very useful app to use as an agent it summers up every detail of the customer.

The reporting system is quite simple to use and allows you to manage your metrics much more appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are first introduced to Ujet application it seems complicated. We should be able to extract data by a click of a button.

Monitor agents live chats and extract data on an hourly basis to measure metrics

The system is easy to use, follow and navigate.

when you refresh the system it removes whatever filters you had pulled out

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and filter by site, line of business and aux states. Love the feature where you are able to check if calls have been connected or in a connecting state and the wait time before calls are answered
What do you dislike about the product?
the lag between making changes, the delay time when switiching between functions and getting logged out from Ujet after a few minutes of inactivity. all agents do not populate except those above 10 seconds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have has an internal issue with SL, realized that calls were not routing in time and the "calls connected" option helps us filter by LOB and pick up which agents have calls waiting so we can act quickly

Would definitely recommend, very user-friendly!

It is very easy to use. I find it very straightforward as I can easily transfer chats when required, ends chats or even add someone in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike thus far. I am happy

I am able to transfer chats.

None, it's not rocket science.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to extract data and then use that data to manage productivity, CSAT and chat interactions. It allows me to live monitor employees to help them in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Ujet, in fact, I love everything about it. I really enjoy using it. I know that I supposed to put in my dislikes, however there are none
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to work to the target for CSAT with my team, it allows me to real-time monitor agents and analyzes data to look at common trends like excessive transfers that could be invalid.

Its a great platform with easy ways to extract data and manage performance as well

I like to be able to toggle through the commands easily. The transfer, dialing, and status buttons are easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a time lag, where it is delayed.

Simple to use and has built-in Templates for chat agents. the fact that ujet can pop out on its own and still be utilized

Nothing at all. just a few day to day minor issues such as agents being kicked out of the system
