UJet service is a step above the rest
What do you like best about the product?
Our company recently moved to Ujet and so far the service that they offer has been great. The clarity of the conversation that our agents get with members has been different than other companies we have used in the past, plus they offer room to grow. Many other companies that are out there say they will support you, but Ujet has stepped up and been with us each step of the way with exceptional support that can be on call when your business needs it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to come up with things that I dislike about Ujet so far, really all of our pain points they work with to create requests that they will look into creating in the future, we did have some bad timing with outages with their carriers when we started, however, it was not just us and since they made adjustments to make sure that these issues do not happen again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an option that would allow us to grow to different channels, from voice to text to virtual agent and beyond, Ujet offered it all. We are now able to move forward and look at options to better help our members that we could only consider in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
User groups and teams, IVR set up as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is minimal and doesn't allow for much custom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IVR set up, team set up, the customization options for customer audio files. And the queue priority is cool too
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The only consideration is that you have basic google sheets/excel skills to enhance reporting
Outstanding Service and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The UJET team is extremely agile and responsive if any issues ever arise. The integrations within our CRM are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all companies in an ever changing landscape of services, there are some minor carrier issues which occur with some frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our call volumes have increased and UJET has better reliability than our prior service. This has allowed us to shift to a remote workforce more rapidly.
Beginning was rocky but ultimately it's clear concise has an occasional lag during conversations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the timer, you can prepare for the call before taking it. Also the transfer to a specific agent and seeing what status they are on. It's helpful to know if they agent is free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it freezes the call sometimes, the chat feature also sends lots of advertisement texts but that is getting better. Occasionally there is a lag in the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many issues been solved, the advertising chat messages have slowed and the UJET is responding better since the launch date. I benefit by never missing a call.

That I can easily assign and remove people from the queue

Though they were already able to fix it, previously, when the keypad was launched, even when not dialing, calls will not be coming in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Senior Operations Support Manager, I get to manage the queue better and we are able to download the statistics easily, monitor the service level better and easily assign and remove people from groups (queue)

Please use Ujet as your next soft phone since it is one of the more efficient soft phones available in the market.

Lo amigable que es no solamente para los agentes que la manejan si no para las personas que realizamos el monitoreo y generación de reportes. A demás de la facilidad de parametrizas y estabilidad de la plataforma
What do you dislike about the product?
Quisiera que tal vez tuvieran tambien una opción de WhatsApp API con el número que ya se tiene en la línea fija para poder tener todos los servicios con un solo proveedor y sin perder lo amigable de la plataforma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actualmente se usa unicamente como proveedor de línea permitiendonos con tranquilidad realizar todas las comunicaciones necesarias sin importar que tipo de número sea y la compatibilidad con otras plataformas de omnicanalidad te permite tener un back up de las gestiones.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get the most out of the chat interactions and the activities that agents partake in such as going on break and their entire productivity. It has data that can be easily pivoted in Excel to help provide for our needs as a campaign by viewing volume of transfers per agent, CSAT scores daily, weekly and monthly to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great platform and I don't have much bad to say however just something that they can work on is pre-built reports with data already combined in different ways where you can just select the data you want to add to your template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to manage bottom performers by viewing CSAT, ability to select dates or the week or month as a range of data to help me compare the agents performance. It helps me also manage the productivity by viewing log in times and the interactions in between, to ensure we are efficient which affects our profits as a campaign
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really simple to navigate and learn. When I first started using it, it took me a day to get used to it. If you are after efficiency, and being able to manage your teams using data, this is the platform for you.

Mostly how it helps with chats in keeping time and progress. Also the shortcuts option and being able to use it very quickly on chats is amazing.

How sometimes it goes unresponsive or has system issues

Customers can be responded to quickly

When ujet just freezes and then goes Unresponsive. It is much faster

Sometimes it takes time to log in, and occasional system issues that log me out during work
