How UJET change my life
What do you like best about the product?
I like UJET because it was very easy to use. I really helps me on workload we connect right away to the person you want to reach out. I always Use it for my daily job on assisting customers that is having issue or concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
None since it was so easy to use I like everything in Ujet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefit me a lot since this my tool that helps me to reach out and I dentify the caller in the other line.

Ujet is very helpful and reliable! What a very friendly tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Ujet because the assistance with the customer is real time and you can see your stats at the same time! It makes my work very easy and seemless. It is really a bestfriend for customer service representatives

Ujet is solving customer inquiries in a very easy way and it benifits us because we can cater the concern real time!
Ujet Makes Everything Easier and Better
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Ujet is how it brings everything together in one place! My favorite part has to be the agent desktop - having all the tools and data I need in a single interface saves me so much time and frustration. It just makes my job so much easier and more enjoyable overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I didn't find any downtime as I found Ujet as very smooth to use

Ujet has solved customer experience, inefficient agent workflows, and lack of data insights - unifying our communications, streamlining operations, and empowering us with real-time analytics. It's been transformative for our contact center.

We do have an option to see the tickets that the agents handled and also their timeline which can be used to defend our agents

I don't have anything to dislike about UJET since it is very helpful in my work on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ujet is seeing your aux duration real time. Also the color coding scheme really helps to identify what aux the agent is using. I use Ujet everyday and it is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, Ujet is really helpful and the customer support team is really efficient

It really helps me in monitoring my agent's activities.

Problems that UJET solves is by letting us communicate and help our customer and its very beneficial for us.
UJET for seamless communication
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about UJET is, it helps us have seamless conversation with our customers. As a call center agent that has been working in the BPO Industry for quite sometime, UJET is the first tool for communication that I found very easy to use. Whenever I am using UJET, it feels like I am using my phone, it helps me easily transfer calls, answer calls, conduct outbound calls and mute or hold the calls if necessarry. So far, I haven't encountered any missess nor issues with UJET which is helpful for my productivity at work. Ujet also helps me track my productivity at work. And changing auxes has never been this quick. With UJET, it enhanced the way I take calls from my customers and meet their expectation. And I will surely continue enjoiying using UJET for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about UJET is sometimes when I am using the standalone, I am having a hard time connecting my headset. But this issue is fixable within a minute. So far, I have no issues with UJET but I will be looking forward for its updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is solving my challenges in taking calls. Based on my experience from other BPO Companies, their tool for taking calls normally just receive calls. But with UJET, it helped me prepare myself to take calls and because it lets you know when a call is about to start, as an individual who sometimes tends to be pre-occupied with other tasks, I tend to miss receiving calls from my customers or sometimes I tend to let them wait on the line. UJET heped me became efficient with taking calls and assisting my customers.
UJET was very accurate when it comes to aux and login/logout time.
What do you like best about the product?
It can be highly recommend to other association. It was helpful for collecting time stamps and no lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be the stand alone because sometimes there is an error when putting the headset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of the moment, I still not experience any issue with our UJET tool.

What do you like best about the product?
For me Ujet makes our work become easier and lighter. It is also very convenient to use. It helps us to know the information of our guest/host during the verification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't any dislikement from UJET since it has been very useful on our everyday work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet allow me to help customer in regards with their account issues, verification process. We can transfer directly our host/guest on that support they need if there is problem encountered
Ujet is a game changer for us customer service representatives
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's easy to use. This gives me a light work. Especially during live chat and call. Amount of feautures is not overwhelming so it's easy for me to use it and did not give me hard time using it. As customer support it's important to have an easy tools for us to work efficiently.

I don't have anything I dislike about ujet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a customer support we have different line of business and also we're on different places and countries so by the help of ujet it's easy to transfer our customer to it's designated departments.
