Nice Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like that UJET is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. There are hardly any issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it fits on the screen and it's not very customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works a lot faster. It makes it easy to navigate between more than one chat. I also love the notes feature

What do you like best about the product?
The note taking section is so much easier now that I do not have to notate Kustomer. I can just copy & past from UJET to backoffice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure the correct disposition is chosen when a cx calls or chats in because it could be different than what they chose when they contacted us for assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing was the note-taking section. It does cut back on wrap up time because all you have to do is copy & paste

What do you like best about the product?
of all call platform that I have used before, ujet is the best when it comes to quality calls and being user friendly. No delicate options and stuffs , just pure awesomeness.
What do you dislike about the product?
not that i can see as of the moment. but will definitely report once I have one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear and pristine quality of calls. Its like you are on a landline ,no delay and no lags
There were some issue and mismatch data with Verint

We use Ujet for Intraday purposes. Intraday analytics

Some issues that we faced. - coding in Verint mismatch, etc.

Ujet helps monitor the queue volumes t the enterprise.

being able to check my performance at the end of my work shift and the fact I can track my live status and performance as i go

no not really it could do better by the actual size of the ujet screen it zoomed in

im dealing with food orders and angry drivers all day and its good to be able to pick up where previous person left off.

I don't like that it is usually a bit slow when it comes to making reports

I can check the time of assistants that the agents used and that help me when making my reports of productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is an amazing tool for customer service, it's very stable and the quality and efficiency of the calls is remarkable. I have used several tools like Ujet in the past but Ujet is way better than other options in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet could improve a little bit the 3-way call function, sometimes it may get bugged whenever you try to call someone and the call fails, which at the end may show an error message that can remain in the whole interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ujet for customer service, it is our main tool for this activity. It's stability is one of it's best perks, I've been working with Ujet for almost a year and I have never experienced a system down.

Reporting session, customer support and the platform itself is kinda friendly with the users, even when we have new hires in the company they feel comfortable working with it

The reporting tool is really friendly and helpful when it comes to measuring metrics, I have been working with it for 1 year and also it's customer service is real quick when it comes to problem-solving

Currently, we handle customer service concerns with this tool and agents love the way it works, one of the benefits is that I have found is that they can handle task in a timely manner thanks to this tool is really easy to use and all it's functions are clear for everyone

I appreciate the countdown feature with connecting calls, transfer options, and ease of access with logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet does have technical errors that sometimes don't allow calls to connect with incoming and outgoing as well as connect to the arrow website.

Ujet is beneficial in its efforts to connect with people from different states with the service we provide.
