What do you like best about the product?
Easy to take calls, transfer calls and even allow others to join a conference call. Gives timr before the call enters the queue so I have a chance to prepare for it

Never came across a negative thing until now

UJet is an amazing tool, since I use it on daily basis, I find my experience with it pleasant

I don't recall a time when I'd disliked something about UJet.

some of the auxes are not the same as other interfaces and needs to have more options

The UI and the interface in general is very user friendly and easy to understand, the quality of each and every call is very smooth. The analytics given can also be very userful

You can't set a status without a headset connected, which can be annoying because it's not needed for all roles, some members do not take calls from UJET However the yneed to set up a status
