What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to access all services from one place if the need to make a lot of moves and be able to change the Odds e asilo
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes at first it's a little complicated and it takes a while to charge but it works perfectly in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to really see if I can verify my time dedicated to work and be able to see my activity and perceive my work performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily handle calles, transfer and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I currently dislike on the software. Maybe thinking luxury, a method to choose the ring tone to use for incoming contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really see any problems currently with your software.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability: when I need to contact clients via chat or call, can do it without any problem. UJET allows us to contact different clients without delay and provide solutions to their problems.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like is the colors, and is really easy to use, is like having a real phone on your computer, whenever I need to do a phone call or I get one is really easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I need to transfer a call to another department, it got frozen a little bit, also sometimes when it does log in even if I enter my correct username and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this application has been really easy to provide great customer service, since is an application easy to use. As a supervisor for me is easy to review the status of my teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, The interface is usable that shows the call status which helped me during working hours. Also, it fits with our internet speed very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that it needs to adjust technically at the time of connecting the headsets as sometimes it didn't catch if the headset is connected or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sounds of the calls are nice, and it doesn't require a fast internet connection. Also, the call status is usable and easy to identify. It helps me to receive the customer's calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps us do outbound calls, and inbound calls so easily. Placing auxe during our shifts helps us organize our adherence. Very helpful and eye-friendly for the users to comprehend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow connection issues at some points. Sometimes it just logs out after a while of being idle which messes with the adherence data. Logging in and logging out issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the shifts so easily, and the auxes. Let us know what is the duration for each call, inbound or outbound. Makes us take care of the timings of each aux

What do you like best about the product?
A wonderful business tool for handling customers' inquiries through Chats and Calls, with a lot of amazing features to help improve customer experience in a smooth and effective way, when it comes to ease of use and also it can be considered a powerful CRM like any omnichannel CRM except it can handle chat and call type of interactions only, the most important and accurate with at least a percent 100% is the reporting part there are like endless options of reporting that can be exported and they include all useful attribute supporting business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that needs to be improved, which is the Callback in Calls it cannot be managed or controlled, the dialer automates them without any control from the admin section like to determine when to callback or for how many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ACD feature (Automatic Call Distribution) through the team based on the available team member, and the reporting part enables us to export data in CSV so we can build our analysis on solid ground, also the dashboard for the real-time part enables us to check the SLA and how many calls running and the agent status
