When doing the call, it is essential to have active listening skills and clarity of voice in the call. It helps the agent better hear the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to ask for documents was tremendous and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be the other options that are not that relevant but is still will be helpful when used.

I appreciate the effort to make Ujet display a lot and how convenient it is.

It is a compact and convenient tool

What do you like best about the product?
The simple display was easy to use and navigate during operations. In this tool you have options to change with in the applications and access it through another tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is sometimes it has glitches. The buttons that used to be for sending out changes to unfamiliar options and also the loading time when logging in and setting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue I often had was the buttons or options suddenly changes even I switch on the tab and refreshed still does not shows. Some time it was resolved however casually it still happens.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use and so easy to learn. Ujet was the most user-friendly and smoothest running compared to the other platforms I have used. The interface is very friendly and well-designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not happening often, but there are occasional freezes in the system, and when two lines come in at the same time, we have had customer service agents who said that while trying to turn off one, the other one shuts down too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the system agents used in the past, they could not dial timeouts for themselves. Team leaders were dialing instead of them, which affected the agents' bonuses; the system was constantly causing problems and throwing agents from On to OFF or time out. With Ujet, this problem is solved.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, and there is a lot of information in one place to minimize having multiple tabs open without looking too crowded, which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to "submit as solved" multiple times to get the ticket to save, not on every ticket, but over half.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that the page doesn't auto-refresh when the other person hangs up anymore. I don't have to worry about losing my progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is great for setting IVR's. Their Virtual Agent is also very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Ujet so there is nothing that is dislike

Ujet helps us with our Call center its superfast and supports the CRM system we use.

What do you like best about the product?
Less to almost no downtime when using the application; on the plus side, it is eye-warming and pleasing to the eyes, and there's bucketing, which is workable
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not show how it calculates the matrix, and also, when downloading offline data, data is always scattered for each day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
updates wise, i'm not updates as to what was being updated or is done updating

What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to use and also to understand. As an interface is very interactive. The great way to change auxes is really flexible. There is no comparhison.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is perfect. No, everything is good to go. No, there are no such cases. It is perfect as it is, no need for changes. Nowhere is amazing, no complaints whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps to identify what I'm carrying on while I'm at my workplace. Ujet is really helpful to avoid misunderstanding. Yes, of course. It has improved 100%, which is unbelievable.

Nice and smooth, with not many downsides

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is really helpful, keeping tracks of agents, keeping tracks of your own statuses, doesn't really have many issues, it is a very amazing system and very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET is really good and pleasant to use, but it's loading time seems to escalate exponentially with slow nets, sometimes my net is slow but I am able to access most workplace resources, however, as for UJET, it may take over 30 minutes for me to be able to log in and change status, which creates inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping and changing statuses, very easy to understand and interact with. Taking chats is very useful and smooth, no pressure felt and very comfortable interface.
