Ujet is user friendly, easy to use and time efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is easy to use and efficient. It does not take long to learn and works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most technology, it can glitch and prevents me from being successful in completing my customer's call.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy they make it is to switch your auxes, its very beginner friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Ujet since I've been using it since April.

Ujet makes it easy for reps and customers to communicate on issues

Ujet is very simple to navigate. Have not ran into any major problems

Ujet sometimes freezes but when this happens a simple refresh or two fixes this issue

Ujet stays on top of any issues we report. They are quick to resolve everything

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see incoming caller's information. Sometimes i don't even have to ask my caller for their information because it is already there. Make my job easier and help assist faster
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like how information can be easily erased. Lets say my computer die before i could even solved or save my ticket, basically every information on the right side of the ticket is gone. If its possible to have it automatically save or have a settings giving us option to have it on automatic save that will be great

help solving retailer issues such as canceling orders, calling customers for updates on their orders, troubleshooting and order status. For customers checkout issues, order updates and much more

Simple, easy to use, and convenient also .

Connection interruptions/difficulties etc

UJET has improved with minimizing software complications to ensure all agents adherence is as follows according to our schedules.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that UJET saves the previous calls from the customers as well as the transfer feature, it is extremely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature I least like is the callback feature. If not quick enough I will get a call while trying to dial out

They have resolved the saved feature and its benefiting because I dont have to re-enter my ticket information

What do you like best about the product?
the color scheme, the fact that its easy to use. I rarely have any issues as far as tech problems or ujet freezing. Ujet is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have many complaints about ujet at all. The only thing i would add would be to have a setting where i can change the color scheme.

Ujet allows me to aux in and out of my breaks/lunches easily and i like that it houses all my customer interactions via voice.
Ever SInce I have been using UJET I have had no issues and I love the look and ease of use.

I feel that The many upsides to using UJET are how easy it is to get to each area, and the shortcuts make it even easier to access information and revert back and forth quickly and efficiently and it doesnt crash often
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I haven't experienced any downsides to using UJET so far. My experience is all POSITIVE. If anything I would like o see a black screen version or other theme options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know that UJET helps me quickly revert to past tickets when updates are made, as it moves the updated ticket to the top of the list. I am faster and more efficient in filling out each ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
UJet's reports are intuitive and thorough. I find it easy to use both advanced reporting and the regular platform report to find a variety of metrics and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've faced some issues with call ringing on UJet that are complex to identify and troubleshoot. They appear to be browser setting and configuration issues, but are frustrating when they happen to our agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJet is giving clear and easy visibility to metrics through reporting. The team vs. queue function allows us to explore skills-based routing and we believe we are about to find a huge opportunity to gain efficiency as we test.
Easy to access, highly suggested
What do you like best about the product?
The best softphone to use when you are in the BPO industry, so efficiently utilized and connected very well, doesn't have to have a strong internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Ujet is working fine and not interrupting your job; instead, it makes your job easier. Highly recommended to use for soft phones. It's doing its job. Good Job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you are using UJET, there is an option to close it even if its tagging is still ongoing. That features help me a lot as I need to close it constantly to access other tools
