Efficient and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet has been a great asset to our company as long as I've been here and longer! Ujet is simple and straightforward. We know we can rely on ujet to be the bridge between our company and our customers. Whenever something goes wrong, ujet is there to back us up and find a solution quickly and efficiently. Calls come in clearly and ujet statuses help us break down our metrics perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any program, technical issues can be the worse when you rely on programs working together simultaneously. Our biggest struggle has been maintaining constant quality, but I don't find that this is an immense dislike but just the name of the game when relying on technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is fantastic at responding to our company needs when needs arise. When something is wrong with ujet, their service provided is incredible. They are fast and communicative to ensure that our business is working efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to work with, how it works perfectly for calls and setting what status you are on. The sound is perfectly loud and it helps us communicate well and listen to customers. This has been so helpful for me. I really like that my company has auto answer it makes it a better experience for our customers and overall a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a single thing that I dislike about Ujet, it works so well for me, and it seems to work super well for the rest of my team as well; we appreciate it, sometimes what I dislike is that when we did not have auto answer the ring would nt work so we didn't know when we were getting a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the problem of helping my boss see what I am doing during my shift and it helps solve customer solutions by being able to speak directly on the phone with them. It solving us the workers to be able to talk to our customers and have more of a life connection to know what is going on and how to help them get to the point where they are happy.
UJET is great!
What do you like best about the product?
It is clear and easy to help customers. It is also user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small glitches, like it sometimes goes fully quiet. The call is there, but the customer is not. I would also like to be able to switch to the main phone line from my personal direct line with ease. I also can't see the general phone queue if I have my own phone line.

It is our go-to phone software.

Great for Call Center Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Absuletly a fantastic service. They have a great Virtual Assistant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
1 or 2 of the settings are global and apply to all the queues but they are also working on changing on those settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Defining queues and adding IVR to our numbers Virtual Assistant new phone number management.
Ujet is a really helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It helps my team to connect quicker with customers and resolve their problems in an efficient way. Ujet is also very user friendly and makes it easier to complete calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main concern is that there are few options for customization of the product. It also freezes and/or goes down sometimes, something that may be very annoying. Other than this, the software is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is helping me and my team to solve our customer issues in a more efficient way, being able to provide live assistance whenever they need it. The tool is really amazing!
Ujet helps me assist costumers and change between auxes making my job so much easier!

The most helpful part about ujet is that i get to clock my lunches, breaks, emails, and call times so easily

I dislike that ujet randomly logs me out

It has some great features but for our team still seems to need work.
What do you like best about the product?
I actually like Ujet Phones. I think it's very easy to use for both the agent and customers. It offers some great features like text messages that help when assisting your customers. Especially, when trying to provide a phone number or email but the customer doesn't have anything to note the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is mainly with Ujet chat but overall our agents do have to reboot Ujet often due to it "freezing" up. I don't like that I have to enter a forward slash to pull up the macro language and that agents do not have full access to the shortcuts. It's always easier to start typing the keywords; any macro language with those words will populate for an agent to select rather than using the forward slash. Admins can see the entire chat macro language in shortcuts before using it, but agents can only see a portion of the chat language and have to, at that point, select what they think is the best language from the partial view they get. Also, why not have an option in shortcuts to just "apply macro" to the chat instead of having to go back in and use the slash to enter it manually? We also can't send customers images within the chat even though we can receive them from the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is trying to make good and find a solution to any issues that we've brought to their attention. Which is great! It shows they are really listening to their clients and want to create the best experience they can. I love that they always want to know how they are doing because again it shows they want the best for their clients and the Ujet experience.
Great audio quality and also has option to use chat
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to receive call after a caller requested a callback without needing to look up contact information and receiving chat inquiries, as well as having visible number of calls received and total duration averaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see incoming calls in queue pending and selecting type of call that was received for example if it was maintenance or customer service and for which property
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have the wait time visible for calls and a list of calls waiting in the queue. Also, I would like to have call history, which would be helpful if I miss typing down essential details in the call; this will allow me to go back and listen to the original call.
Ujet is user friendly, easy to use and time efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is easy to use and efficient. It does not take long to learn and works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most technology, it can glitch and prevents me from being successful in completing my customer's call.
