What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Ujet because it has just about everything you need to do your job. It records, transfers, and populates the caller's information. Ujet is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike is sometimes Ujet freezes a lot. It does not always generate/populate the caller's information. Currently, Ujet has been having issues saving the information the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Ujet I am solving customers, shoppers, and retailer issues with orders that are assigned to them or purchases. The benefit that I am getting is having all the information documented to who the customer is, the order number, and the person who shopped for the items.

I love how it has made my job easier and I've never had a call dropped

Nothing, everything so far is perfect. I dont have anything to dislike

It is a very good system. friendly and with a good interface it does not lag that often which is great for our customer experience, also that it allows us to use fewer resources.

Sometimes it does disconnect during the day. Also, it would be useful to have some shortcuts from our desktop to better and faster access to sign in to our systems

It is helping a lot with real-time communication with our customers; we like that it is very friendly with us, the users. It helps us a lot to better communicate with our customers worldwide.

1 Year Experience with UJET
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about UJET is it is embedded with our CRM. We don't need to open another website or download another application to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the only downside I can see for UJET is their ringtone when receiving calls; I wish they could provide the option to change the ringtone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think UJET helps businesses to balance the workload of their agents. It also helps their agents to maximize their time since they don't need to check other tabs.
Ujet
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is a great program from my experience. I work from home and I use it for chatting, and voice calls and never have an issue. I like the feature of being able to say what aux you are in during the workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have come across any issues while using ujet in the past year that i have used the program.

Always me to work chats and calls for my job

The best part about UJET is the capability to see your CSAT score right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that even those who are unresponsive users can take surveys. It also has a delay when receiving chats before you can type in your initial response.

It allows real-time responses to users' problems.
Trying to get information from previous interactions
What do you like best about the product?
I am team lead, so i have to check the status of other agents, to verify if there is any human hardware issue or connectivity issues. Ujet allows me identify this errors and work in them. Also it allows to hear the interaction and in case is necessary let the other agent what was the call about.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have microsoft installed on the computer it does not allow you to open the call documents. It should give you an option to see the document online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work force: it does allow me to keep track of the interactions the agents are having.
Also it helps me to schedule their breaks and staff time. Without ujet would be hard to get the information from the agents.

Great Product and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to generate reports on the calls that analysts are taking and provide insights to develop the team needs and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with salesforce could improve, that are some issues with the gadget when we try to use it directly on the salesforce page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect effectively with clients from different parts of the world and making sure we are analyzing client/analyst data to run a quality check.
SCS Email Agent
What do you like best about the product?
The options that they have available are in line with what our needs are at this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it acts up or doesn't let you sign in. The downside of UJET is I can't really think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for customer service , The benefits, outweigh the quirks, The benefits definitely outweigh the quirks, for sure.
