Great for communicating with customers
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using ujet are that it allows for any kind of interaction that you can think of. It helps me to get in contact with the company and external clients that might need help
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt really allows you to control or update other agents as management. It has its interface but i would say that they can try to do a better job on implementing different tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is actually very benefitial for me to use this software since it gives a lot of tools that could be polished of course such as managing your team but other than that it brings a lot of business since i started using it

Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is simple to use, efficient and allows us to see the status of another agents. I love it that we have the chance to choose the ringtone and there is also a delay when picking up the calls, so we can prepare to start talking and adjust the headset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not ring and requires specific cache cleaning, which makes it not so easy to use without specific instructions from the team. Additionally, it does not alert the agents when we are actually making a call back, and it would be a nice improvement.
Transfers could also be easier, we should be able to type in the name of the team or specific agent we need to transfer to.
Additionally, we get stuck on after call work status easily, and there could be an improvement to allow us to be available again automatically after some time.

It is solving the communication need between clients and agents, making it easy to use the software.
UJET has simplified the call center experience and makes it very easy to manage.
What do you like best about the product?
Their UX makes their platform very easy to use. The overall look is fresher than other outdated platforms used today. Their live dashboard metrics are dynamic and you are able to filter data as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are universal and don't go down on a 'per IVR' basis. This makes it a little challenging when you are supporting multiple brands under the same instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a lot simpler setting up your call center, business hours, IVRs, settings, etc than past platforms. Once you are set up properly, it's very easy to manage your team and users.
Easy to use, great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using this tool since it has all the features needed to obtain data and control call queues. Our agents can also transfer people to other support teams, as well as internally. It's easy to train people on how to use it since it's such a user-friendly tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would mention is to check the missed calls. Sometimes when you pick up a call within the last seconds before the time expires, it takes you to a missed call status, even if the call was answered which could affect your metrics.

We are able to pull our data on call monitoring from this platform. We can see exactly how many people are available, how many calls are waiting and measure our service levels.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect is that it allows me to communicate with my clients without any issues and also it really convinient to use since i havent had any issues with calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont like that sometimes the call is ringing and i cannot hear my client , is lnly at the start of the call is no big deal but still not convinient at all

Is helps me solve the main issue wich is talking to clients over the phone so i can help them troubleshoot their issues with our products , and it jas increased performance to this date for over 20%
Always Delivered Quality Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how easy it was to use. I rarely had any issues with phone calls dropping. I also like how it allowed me to call back if the call wasn't answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there would be static with outgoing calls. This would make it hard to hear. But this was on a rare occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed me to reach out to our customers and retail partners, and help resolve their concerns. There are times when an email isn't always the best option.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Ujet because it has just about everything you need to do your job. It records, transfers, and populates the caller's information. Ujet is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike is sometimes Ujet freezes a lot. It does not always generate/populate the caller's information. Currently, Ujet has been having issues saving the information the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Ujet I am solving customers, shoppers, and retailer issues with orders that are assigned to them or purchases. The benefit that I am getting is having all the information documented to who the customer is, the order number, and the person who shopped for the items.

Nothing, everything so far is perfect. I dont have anything to dislike

It is a very good system. friendly and with a good interface it does not lag that often which is great for our customer experience, also that it allows us to use fewer resources.

Sometimes it does disconnect during the day. Also, it would be useful to have some shortcuts from our desktop to better and faster access to sign in to our systems

It is helping a lot with real-time communication with our customers; we like that it is very friendly with us, the users. It helps us a lot to better communicate with our customers worldwide.
