Experience that makes your perform your task easier
What do you like best about the product?
That helps me to track my agents, monitor them in real time, and help me to get the tickets. It makes me change their status and log them out if they have energy issues. Good quality when we are listening to the calls and is very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like UJET, from my point of view, we do not have any inconvenience with it. I would like Ujet to record the calls and provide the report in an easier way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me to get a report about the activities my agents has been on and helps me put to compare it. Also when they have an issue with their computer helps me to change their status

UJET makes the contact process easier
What do you like best about the product?
As a customer support representative I really like UJET, its easy to change the aux, the page is so fast, and practically there are no loading times, the call system is really good and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is a little bit simple, literally, my main page is only 4 buttons, it is not really something bad, it's just a little bit too simple but it doesn't affect anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet helps me when I need to call some customer, take a live chat, or receive calls and I can even check at the end of the day how many calls and chats I took and how many surveys the customers write for me. I can check the average time per call too.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate to the appropriate aux when working, taking a meal, breaks, and/or preparing for meetings; there are other auxes to use for work as well. The option to add a call and/or transfer is a straightforward process that allows you to select from various in-house teams. I can hear my customers very clearly with my headset or laptop. Ujet will offer you with daily stats set up by your company, such as customer metrics and hold times, and compare them to the rest of your team. So you see your daily scores versus the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My calls and/or chats have sometimes been dropped but not very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists me in interacting with my consumers in order to assist them with their problems. Ujet is the tool that I use to help with and resolve my customers' issues. The sound is extremely clear.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is easy to use from an agent standpoint by working directly the web browser. User interface is very intuative and easy to train. Creating queues is also very simple and does not take much technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the agent window works from a web browser, whenever an issue is presented it is required to delete cache and cookies, effectively logging out of every internal tool used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is making a small company call center easy to set up, update and maintain. It has an easy interface for agent to use and troubleshoot if necessary. The cost is also very reasonable.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, user-friendly method of contact for customer service agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you switch tabs for a moment to work on another project , it may put you on unresponsive.

Have not submitted any issues that need to be resolved.

Ujet is easy to learn and easy to use, the way it converges with other work tools to make everything more agile is exceptional.

I have not found anything negative in my experience using Ujet.

Ujet offers great solutions for time management within our production processes.

Great for phones and chats. Can assist more than one customer at once when doing chats

Chats come in if you're available instead of accepting them like phone calls

UJET has been very helpful in ensuring that all previous contacts are logged properly and easily combine with other found contacts.

I would like to see it have a warning before it does its sign out at 10 pm CST.

Helps me ensure that all of my records are kept in order so when I need to resolve disputes, I have a clear timeline of events.

the simple and reliability of this tool. the fact that it is just simple and easy to navigate

I like that its fast and reliable and you can see through the status of your next tagging.

Its sometimes logged especially when you tagged it on another browser
