Ujet... not happy with it at all
What do you like best about the product?
I am sorry to say that there isn't a lot of feature in Ujet at this moment that I like. One thing I do think it's very helpful is the 'Hangup and callback' button. I have used it for several times and it saves me a lot of the trouble of going to the contacts list and finding a phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the application a bit old-school like. I think the layout was supposed to be a clean and straight forward one, but instead, I think it's made too simplistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main functionality of Ujet for me is to be able to answer calls from clients and call back. I am more productive if I have a connectivity issue and use the 'Hang up and call back' button.

Everything is easy to use and understand.

Random technical errors, but they get fixed very quickly.

It has been an amazing experience working on UJET
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about UJET is it's easy use and no issues during use. If there is ever an issue it is usually resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about UJET. If I had to choose something, I guess it would be how sometimes the microphone doesn't connect so it makes it hard to speak with customers because I have to reset my whole device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have less issues with UJET crashing resulting in me having to reboot less and being able to help more customers.

Chats disappear sometimes and abruptly end and doesnot count under solved contacts.

It saves time and track the user performance.

IT IS USER-FRIENDLY, I Love that we can transfer a call and chat with a third party. We can have a seamless conversation with other departments and take care of the customer in one call

The sound or alert when a call is incoming

I like the stats that are displayed, it helps me stay on track with my coworkers, and track my improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is very responsive when there are technical issues, and technical issues are few and far between. We requested a feature on the reporting end, and they made changes for us which were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, there is a technical issue that there is no explanation for, and is difficult to recreate. We do always get troubleshooting tips when that happens.

Seamless integration with our CRM, and very detailed reporting, documentation to help us learn about new features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Ujet has multiple functions, phone and chat. This helps keep all interaction within one widget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that when a customer calls and hangs up before you answer it, it is classified as a delta missed call.
Call backs, there is no clear indication that you are calling the client back.
Call transfers, it only provides a first name of the agent you are transferring too and if you work in big organziation with people who have the same name it is difficult to identify the invidual you are transferring the call to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, they are attempting to identify the issues with missed vs delta calls with support agents. This will help all support agents identify what they can do better to answer calls within their company SLA

It is very useful for customer service. Their support team tries to help with almost every issue. You can monitor reports easily.

I think we should see the error type or error code.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a UJet user for about a year and a half now. I've experienced a different type of software that allows you to communicate with your customers via chat and phone before, but I will tell you that Ujet makes all other software experiences incomparable.
Ujet you are able to clearly hear your customer when you have a phone conversation. When you are experiencing chat, you are able to reprogram the shortcuts that you will want to use to better suit your conversation with your customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that after 4 hours you have to refresh your Ujet so that it doesn't log you out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues that Ujet has solved for our customer service base - the ability to fully clearly hear the customer when you are on a call. The fact that process to make a call is very easy with the big digits and clear words
