Load of the screen and response process while you are working in different tabs

Reliable & Very tech-forward service
What do you like best about the product?
We've had 100% uptime for several years; itis good to not worry about one's service provide. Also in the past two years the software has grown leaps and bounds and they have been consistently shipping things monthly for a long time which is not something I've seen a telephony company be able to do in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
Detailed reporting is in an external data system instead of directly in the platform itself, although there is no extra cost it is just slightly inconvenient to have to go back and forth between the two softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with an ACD, and in-app SDK that allows us to provide our agents with additional information when we are contacted (Their account, and what page they were on, for example), and provides telephony reporting on agent activity
UJET is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I liked about Ujet is that aside from using is as a call tool. You can use it to send text message as well. I have used lots of different tools like ujet. I man sayo that UJet is more user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customers who are calling can't year me well and getting disconnected. Im not really sure if its with ujet or the internet. Buti al in all ujet is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I man see how many calls are waiting and It will provide you the information on why the customers are calling. With that I man say that I am more productive. Its really a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is user-friendly, fast to load, and easy to use. It has features that are essential for a call center environment, such as chat, e-mail, and call support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything that I dislike about UJET. It works great and is potentially one of the best performers in the call center industry. Amazing performance without lag!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is mandatory to use every day! I use it to record at the start of my shift and set the appropriate status when on break for example. As a Fitness Coaching Associate, it's essentially the first app to use when I start, and when I end my shift.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful, easy to deal with, and fast to load. I like the coloring change for each status it's really eye-catching and it gets your attention. I use it to set my status as a Fitness Coaching Associate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. But, sometimes it lags a bit, and we had to contact their support at some point. Their support was extremely helpful and fast to respond to our query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is critical and the first app that I actually launch once I begin my shift. We use it for multiple purposes such as a chat, e-mail, and status app. Also, it can be used to record my working hours. It's a no-brainer for any contact center to have UJET. Especially, with the integration with Kustomer.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it most helpful when you switch to meal or break status, Ujet keeps track of long you have been in that status so you don't go over on your meal/break! As well as it is easy to use when working with customers.

I honestly find Ujet very useful to use!

Brilliant and Fast!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use as I can easily set my status depending on what I am working on a single day. It can manage calls, chats, and e-mails along with Kustomer's integration. It's the best working experience ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be laggy sometimes and requires a headset to run. Other than that, I don't find anything else that I don't like. The team behind UJET works on solving the issues fast though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET is essential in my day-to-day activities at work. Without UJET, I won't be able to do my job as I use it to handle chats, e-mails, and calls as well. The integration with Kustomer is a no-brainer!
Wonderful just need a bit of work with the shortcuts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the swiftness of communicating with customers in real-time, the notifications, the smooth transfer, and the ability to see previous conversations before the customer was transferred.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to copy and paste from the shortcuts when the message exceeds the size of the text box. Upon attempt to, I incidentally copy and past all the messages for each category.

Communication with customer in fast time as well as the ability to be provided screenshots

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use. Not a huge tech-savvy person, so the ease of use is the best for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have to switch credentials when an agent is handling duel channels. Being able to work in duel channels with ease would be a great improvement.

Provides us with a service that we are able to communicate with customers efficiently in.
The UJet Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part about UJET is that it is easy to use. I like that each aux Has a different color that helps us identify the proper channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of UJET Is the calls just automatically answer. I understand we have to have a quiet work environment however, with us working from home that's not always possible. I believe having an accept button would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The UJET Program provides a clear phone line, with this I can hear my end user properly making problem solving way easier. UJET also helps me time myself when I'm not in the available AUX
