I absolutely love Ujet.
What do you like best about the product?
Its very convenient and detailed. I am able to assist and not really have that much difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say deleting notifications that keeps popping up on the side of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont know what is being resolved so could not answer.

UJET - Like a JET
What do you like best about the product?
Using UJET is handy as it shows and displays all the info we needed, easy to understand and the clarity is good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it just freeze to white screen, tho resolveable by refreshing multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicates caller information and is easy to engage with.
Good enough for what I need
What do you like best about the product?
It is reliable and works as expected. Navigation is easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty basic user interface and not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET allows for communication via live chat and phone within Kustomer. I am able to use added shortcuts while chatting and dispositions after the interaction is complete.

it is easy handle, very proactive platform

nothing. Ujet is very EASY TO WORK WITH , EVEN FOR PEOPLE WITH LITTLE COMPUTER SKILLS

it is solving the interaction between customers and agents

What i like more about ujet is the easy way that have for can handle by other tools for can resolve my cases, also that ujet lt me know how time is waiting my costumer

I don't like from Ujet the new update of dissmis the chat, cause sometimes the next agent that have to take that chat have to repeat all the previous steps that i have to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the new update tha5t have about the short cuts for ask for more information or the automatic messages when the costumer didn't answer for a couple of minutes, that make much better my job

sometimes it only changes the status, I mind, I am in email tickets and suddenly I am in wrap-up without having clicked on it

It is the fact that is a very organized tool

Sometimes it seems that you are in the same status for more than 2 hours, but actually you have been in that status for 1 hour, maybe it is a bug

What do you like best about the product?
This plataform is incredible easy to use and is one of the most user friendly I have ever use. It os very stable and the qualitu and effiecient of the call are remarcable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've observed that the loading times increase significantly with slow networks, impacting user experience. The current UI design appears to be rather basic and requires a redesign to enhance aesthetics and usability. Additionally, there are occasional login failures and system unavailability after idle periods, which causes disruptions to sticky data and results in missed calls. To further improve our platform, we would greatly benefit from implementing visual analysis capabilities using the raw data extracted from within the system itself."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated warnings will be triggered if there is no client interaction in the chat. Subsequently, after receiving three consecutive warnings, the chat will be automatically closed via the same interface.

I like that it is very easy to use and the interactions develop very well without errors. It is also very good that they are constantly creating updates that make the platform more enjoyable
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am not very exact with the times, but it is understood that since it is a new update it is still under errors that are being corrected, apart from that I cannot find other faults
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That the warnings be sent automatically when there is no interaction in the chat by the client in the chat and that it close after the three warnings by the same interface
UJET is the perfect program to help customers.
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is so intuitive and really easy to use. I love how easily I can contact my customers and be able to help them in no time. The information shown about incoming calls of the customer is so accurate and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET can be a little laggy sometimes. It really needs a decent machine to be able to handle this program without programs due to the quantity of information and functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET helps me to contact customers easily and fast with accurate and clear information. Also, UJET help's me to manage my work schedule because it has a variety of options to select.
