What do you like best about the product?
The differen auxes that we can use and the colors it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets stuck when I received a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy way to use it, sometimes the colors on Ujet changed but now is more easier to identify wich one we need to use

Ujet the Cleanest and Fastest cloud contact center platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI so much, so clean and simple yet fully-featured and the way it's integrated with Kustomer is so seamless feels like the same platform also the states are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but I wish there was a dark mode for the UI or maybe more customization options and there is an issue that rarely happens that sometimes it goes unavailable for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is a very reliable tool and very dependable and it solves the issues that we experienced before using Ujet with Avaya for example was unreliable and very ugly UI compared to this beauty

First, the communication options feel a bit rigid. For example, there is no way to message support agents directly or have them call you back. The only choice is to remain on hold, sometimes for very long periods. It would be much better if customers could text or message agents and request callbacks when wait times are excessive. This flexibility would improve satisfaction.
Additionally, some aspects of the system seem dated or behind the times tech-wise. The website and tools could use a fresh modern look and feel. Upgrading to current technologies could also help agents be more efficient and responsive.
I hope UJET will consider enhancing flexibility around communication channels and modernizing parts of their platforms and software. These changes could really take their customer service to the next level. I provide this feedback constructively as a customer who wants to see UJET progress and succeed. I have been using UJET for about a year now, and I haven't experienced any issues in regard to lagging or any other technical issues. It has the most seamless experience!

I haven't experienced any downsides so far! Everything about UJET is perfect and I use it every day at work to complete my tasks and enhance my performance on the calls.

I can put the status I'm currently on e.g. Unavailable, Quality Coaching, Meeting, Training, Coaching, Break, Meal, Chat and so much more! This helps the company track my workflow.
