UJET as a great working tool
What do you like best about the product?
UJET is excellent for use. Auxes are simple to select by just dropping down the possibilities. Additionally, I may look through the call logs I have in my previous caller. The minutes and hours I am working are also visible to me. You can check to see if quieng is present.In fact, I can see if a customer is phoning. Additionally, UJET gives you adequate time to get ready before taking a call from a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there should be a choice that allows you to off the availability rather than just logging out. Sometimes it takes time before you can log in. Lastly when choosing the right aux sometimes the auxes is not popping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In fact, UJET assists me in making outgoing calls to both the host and the guest to get clarification on certain details or to request further information. We can also handle two calls at once using UJET.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I can say is that UJET today is more perfectly used for the BPO industry because of real-time surveys. As a CSR in the BPO industry, I currently need to pass my metrics, especially for the CSAT/Good survey. It makes me feel creditable for my effort to give excellent service on our call. Being appreciative of having a good survey benefits both parties. And one thing as well is that we have visibility to check our surveys. With visibility on our end, it's more helpful for us if we need to make a double effort or if our good survey is not good enough to pass on our metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know technology today is not very consistent. We understand that sometimes Ujet does not work for some reason. The only thing that I dislike in Ujet is just an AHT, which is sometimes not too accurate but gives us visibility to check how long my calls are. Ujet is almost perfect and highly recommended for use in the BPO industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, having a real-time survey has given me reasons to pass my metrics since CSAT. The good survey is one of compliance. And having a good survey in real time makes me benefit from receiving incentives, which is very helpful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The finest aspect of Ujet, in my opinion, is that I can communicate effectively with every customer, which enables me to offer excellent customer satisfaction. This equipment is also simple to use and hustle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed any issues with these tools yet. Actually, the only time I have problems with these tools is when our connection is bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has KPIs that we must achieve, and one of them is customer satisfaction. The caller's ratings are how we know if we have satisfied them. After our closing remarks, the caller may sometimes choose to end the call on their end, in which case the survey may take some time to reflect. However, when I choose to end the call using Ujet, the survey or ratings will reflect in real-time if the customer takes the survey right away, allowing us to determine whether we were able to provide them with excellent customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET makes our job easier on a daily basis. From monitoring every calls that are my agent receives, from the calls that they needed to transfer for me to take over are transferred seamlessly. GOOD JOB UJET!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to improve on this tool. If this tool will be developed, it can be the perfect tool that can be used on any business that needed this kind of tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET helps me monitor the calls that are being taken by my agents and by this, it really helps me organize and make sure that my agents are assisting each call the best way that they can.

UJET is a user friendly by having all the necessary buttons that the user needs specially for transferring and receiving calls. UJET also indicates all the information that is related to the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion there are some room for improvements especially when changing auxes, after clicking the desired aux there should be a confirmation button to avoid and prevent tagging the wrong auxes.

UJET is helping us by making taking calls easier by making all the interface easy to understand unlike other application that it takes time before you can set it up. UJET definitely makes our life easier.

There is nothing to dislike in UJET. If this tool will be upgraded, it will become the most effective and efficient tool that we can use to support our business needs.

UJET makes it easier for us to contact the party we needed to reach to resolve the calls that we are receiving on a timely manner. We never experience any issues with UJET that will compromise the needs of our work.

My favorite aspects of UJET are how easy-to-use and practical it is, as well as how thoughtfully thought out the features are. It definitely brightens up sometimes dark days, and I enjoy the colors that each auxe is represented with. Very happy with the level of programming done for the software, as some options on competing platforms might be buggy. What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about UJET because the server itself is reliable and trusted. I don't have issues with the server because it is okay to use and it is fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly about solving issues of the customers and hosts also on tagging for break or lunch then when it comes for tagging for meeting or training or switching auxes.
Ujet tool is like a friendlu user because it was easy to use.

My Experience using UJET
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is very easy to use and very reliable. The new update on U-jet seems to be aliitle confusing at first since some of the features ws changes but it is still easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Ujet is good for me so far not experiencing any issues. After the update , doing outbound call was a little bit confusing. Same goes with viewing the stats. Adding the timer on being on avail was definitely good since you can monitor your productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have the proper taggings on my job. It also helps me be on the right tagging .
