Been using Ujet for over 1 year
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to communicate with Ujet team. Customer Success team is listening to our issues and doing their best to help. Support is also very reactive and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities missing, especially when it comes to Sales, and to the Salesforce integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to offer different contact channels.

Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The good thing about Ujet is that you can monitor your calls and auxes. As an agent, Ujet helps me a lot to be productive at work. You can properly hold your callers, and aside from that, you can prepare your next aux while you're still on the call so that after your call, it will automatically change to the aux you've chosen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything that had least with ujet because for me its feature is perfect and pefect to us in any instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best that I most like ujet is that it help me to be more productive. By the help of this platform it maximize my skills and gain hardwork. I am a customer service representative and one of my skilling is doing outbound calls. With the help of ujet it really easy to communicate and reach out the customer with confidence.
I like Ujet very much since it is very easy to navigate and use.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about using Ujet is that, even though you are not tech-savvy, it is very easy to navigate. When it comes to the sounds while interacting with customers, they are clear and there are no delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, honestly, the old version of Ujet makes me confused when I'm on a conference call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Ujet as a soft phone, so instead of using and buying a physical phone, it is very beneficial that we have the Ujet that we can use every day for daily interaction with customers.
As a customer service representative i use Ujet daily for me to assist the caller.
What do you like best about the product?
As a prequent user of Ujet I've never experience any issue so far and It really help me to do my job properly, it's really easy doing transfer call and outbound call, I also love the color in every auxes.

I don't dislike Ujet. I really found Ujet helpful for everyday work.

Ujet helps me to communicate well with customer, what I really like the most is you will able to see the calls waiting.

Ujet has made my life so easy compare to other tools that I have used before, I can easily switch to different auxes, for 2 years here in my current company I must say that I never experienced any major problem with ujet that would affect my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
before We we're struggling to locate the outbound conversation especially the recordings for training and quality purposes, but now it has been updated and everything should be good now and smooth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work requires a multiskilling, We sometimes assigned to emailing, something we answered phone calls and some are providing support through chat. With that being said We have a lot of means of providing customer support

i dislike UJET for being so much of being an extravagant application to the extent that UJET exceeded my expectation

one of the problems UJET giving us resolution that also benefits me is by giving me an accurate an real time call time duration and all the kind of AUX like AVAILABLE, BREAKS, LUNCH and even BIO BREAK is being shown up accurately

Helps to streamline business contacts (phone calls, emails and chats) - customers are provided with responses in timely manner thanks to helpful routing and ease of use
AMAZING UJET!
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily set the next status and it's very helpful to us becuase it's save us a time. We can easily navigate the ujet even my grandmother can used this. I love the new update also!!

When you try to refresh the website/ujet it will turn white for a few mins. Which is causing us for a delay.

It helps us to assist the customer, productivity improvement.

Easy to navigate, it's very uncommon to be disconnected on a call and very reliable with each interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Ujet is mostly when it has display bugs and sometimes there's a latency on the app.

Ujet helped not just me but our team to provide a great interaction to every calls we receive on a daily basis. Ujet help us to assisted us to find the right team/department where we need to tranfer the call.
