What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program is very interactive and user-friendly. It has its own attractiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like reports. It's very tedious and would like for them to be easier. A lot of opportunity to improve this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like simple status check and aux usage as well. Very friendly and easy to understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reading out the instructions first. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes pretty simple

What do you like best about the product?
efficient for work purposes. The layout is easy to use in a fast and slow pace work environment
What do you dislike about the product?
the 45 second wrap-up time. I feel like should at least be a full minute & 30 seconds. They should have a setting where it would alarm you on the hold time that you set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When people call the wrong department, ujet makes it easy to transfer people

What do you like best about the product?
As an agent, the auxes are really easy to use! It has a friendly user interface. As a manager now, it is super comfortable to work with the agents. As a QA analyst, the numbers are easy to find and easy to work with. Evaluations with UJET are fun to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The aux window is difficult to work with a faulty left click because as soon as you click on it, the first aux is "Available". It has happened to me that I wanted to select my Lunch aux and clicked on Available and a phone call came through immediately so I had my Lunchtime about an hour later. It would be great if the aux window would remain at the current aux as the first option that pops up, in case of a faulty mouse. Just sharing my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most amount of time that I've used UJET has been as an agent. UJET simplified the way phone calls are handled throughout the day. I love the user interface, the timer with the auxes and how responsive it has been throughout my personal usage. I'm looking forward to keep working with it as a QA analyst.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At the moment, I don't have too much of an engineer's recommendation. I believe that the work that has been implemented for this software is valued.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to make multiple calls, while still having the first caller connected to the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet ticket calling. I would like to be able to call a different phone number, but still have it connect to the ticket I'm calling on, without having to update and save my notes multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service calls. Being able to confirm info with a merchant while having my driver on the other line increases efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I like how UJET can be used via web browser. It is more efficient than the previous one we had as far as being able to transfer and make multiple calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the system freezes but I believe it's because of a lot of people are on the application at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy calling the customer and the Postmate driver at once to resolve issues quicker. Being able to put one of the callers on hold while resolving the issue with another party makes the customer experience top notch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very user friendly and is also very efficient. You can easily navigate through this widget with no problems. It is the easiest service I've used so far.

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly, even a granny or a child can use it well, never had an issue for new users and not even a glitch for advanced users, this could be tagged as a well made product / system.
Very simple, very plain, not much going on or going through.
Visually not that appealing, but systematically great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually not aligned with the resizing and no customization for personalized use.
Just would like to have a more personalized approach to the tool like most of the other systems in the market.
Visually boring, makes me want to just click and hide it, instead of keeping it on my interface while working, that's why if there's a chance to have a personalized approach then that could be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, well balanced software.
No problems so far, usually the issues that are getting is related to the internet connection but not on the Ujet itself.
We use UJET for taking in concerns and calls for business related entities, the only advantage that we encounter is that it has a simple interface that even the newly hired employees were able to understand it in a short period of time, unlike the other software that we encounter and had before it has different training that it needs to be introduce .

It is very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that i can contact the customer. also, help out the customers and things. I like that i can review how many calls i have. Also, i like the percentage rate that is shown. Also, when it notifies me when the phone is ringing.
What do you dislike about the product?
i hate that you can not make a call on the same ticket. you have to make a separate ticket to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am solving issued with the customers and with their order

How it has options like a regular phone, like the mute and merging calls is way easier to do and it is simple to use.

Nothing besides a slight lag, in the beginning, trying to connect
