What do you like best about the product?
UJet is a great tool that allows are agents to take chats concurrently
What do you dislike about the product?
When a new chat comes in sometimes the chats will stick and not allow them to proceed

It gives real time responses to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to change agents aux codes and listen remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you can't force logout agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aux management and reporting.

I like that it is easily understandable and easy to use.

I don't like that for some calls it doesn't tell me if the caller is verified or unverified until after the call ends.

It's actually easy to navigate and very responsive (if the internet connection is well established.)

I don't like it when it lags, but I think it's the internet connection problem

It's easier to transfer calls and the response is very good.

I love how easy Ujet make it for us to be able to send a quick text message to our customer while on a phone call. This make it easier and is more time efficient when dealing with a difficult situation.

Whenever i switch tasks, sometime it will put me on unavailable or missed call status for no reason

I wish we could text screenshots to our customers while on a call

Ujet has color coding for all the statuses that is in it. It is important for the agent to know what his punch is to prevent lost hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ujet has a tendency to freeze. It's true that this is the downside of a Web based system but, a force refresh shouldn't cut the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it shows what the stats are and it is very user friendly.
